The hotel is very close to many main attractions. The room was clean with a lovely terrace and the staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. The paid parking close to the hotel was also an asset for us.

The location was quiet and also close to the metro, which was very convenient. The room was spotless and comfortable as well. The breakfast was also very nice and worth the added purchase.

The only issue was that the mattress was a little soft in the middle and would sink in a little. Otherwise, cafes do not necessarily surround the neighborhood, but there are still many things within walking distance.

The location is amazing for visiting the major tourist attractions. The room itself was nice, spacious, and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

My room had a very strong sewage smell. It didn't go away even after keeping the windows open. I had to leave both the door and the windows open before I went to bed.

Friendly and attentive staff, spacious room, very clean, comfy beds, excellent location in a quiet zone. Even though we stayed on the first floor there was a good sound isolation between the walls and no noise from the outside.

Poor breakfast for a four star hotel, very little choice to choose from. The brown bread was badly baked as it was sticky like a chewing gum.

Clean, stylish and comfortable small hotel - perfect for a working week in Rotterdam. Would happily return.

Hard to fault! Parking on street or parking station very expensive, but this is nothing to do with the hotel.

My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary and the staff at Leonardo made sure to make it extra special for us! The bed was very comfortable and the room was tidy. I would definitely stay here again.
