Good location and quite near two metro stops

A lovely accessible and comfortable room but the heating wasn't working and it was cold. Reception staff and the technicial who checked the heating controls were helpful but the room was cold when I returned in the evening. A plug in heater was installed but it's a big room...

The room was very clean and everything worked perfectly. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, very efficient and very helpful with all of our questions and requests. Great central location. An excellent experience.

Right in the center of Rotterdam. Excellent location.Staff was very friendly, great stay for a concert at Ahoy!Room was super clean and comfortable. Close to the train station. Also very good value (compared to other hotels in the area).Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

The house cleaning was not good. when I checked in everything was good. Thereafter the house clearners were actually not properly cleaning the room. I stayed from 23 May 2025 - 30 May 2025 my bed sheets were not replaced for the entire duration of my stay

Very expensive parking. Loose shelf in room - dangerous. Stains in bathroom on floor. No decent coffee. Rude manager. Entrance to hotel from street stank of cannabis due to people smoking close to the door.

Location is superb. Breakfast was good too. Reception/lobby was cosy and not too crowded.

The fact that anyone can just access the building (front door)... The housekeeping was a bit off, working at random times and communication issues.

Location is great, close to train station and city centre The hot is big, rooms are also nice and modern. Free tea/coffee with oat milk.

We saw a rat on the reception that run under the bar lounge. When I informed about that the stuff they just laughed. Not sure if any actions has been made to prevent rats in the hotel, but this is anti sanitary and dangerous. I would recommend management to take action asap before other guests will find rats in their rooms.

This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish.First of all, the staff was extremely unfriendly, especially the morning shift. There was no sense of hospitality or willingness to help at all. At one point, we even saw a rat running in the hallway, which is absolutely unacceptable and shocking for any hotel.I had booked a romantic package, which turned out to be a joke: a plastic bag filled with flowers thrown on the floor and a small shampoo bottle from a supermarket. No glasses, no presentation, no effort whatsoever. This was insulting rather than romantic.I specifically booked a room with one large bed as I was traveling with my wife. Instead, we received two separate beds on wheels that could not be fixed. The beds constantly moved apart, making it impossible to sleep properly together. This is not what was booked or paid for.Additionally, I had a serious issue with my car and asked the staff for help finding a repair shop. Their response was simply that it was “not their problem” and that I should google it myself. As foreigners who still had to drive over 700 km, this complete lack of support and empathy was very disappointing.Overall, there was zero customer care, zero problem-solving mindset, and zero respect for guests.The price-performance ratio is absolutely unacceptable.I would strongly advise against staying here.

Restaurant breakfast can have more choices.Restaurant need to be updated.

Bed and pillows weren't comfortable and missing guest soap

The location is great and in such a proximity from shopping centers

The cleaning was not perfect and I stayed for a night without a safe because there was no staff to fix it until next day

The smell a pipe from the bathroom in the whole room, and the noice from the street, the temperature in the room difficult to manage

The Postillion is in the center of Rotterdam. Everything we wanted to see was walking distance away.

Breakfast isn’t included but what they provide for a fee is absolutely delicious. We had breakfast here once and it was great.
