- Bad smell from the drains - Quite noisy due to connecting doors to other rooms and drain pipes from upstairs seem to be going through the room with poor sound insolation

Great location. Nice room, everything you needed was there.

There were bloodstains on the duvet that were visible through the duvet cover. There were also stains on the pillowcase. The cleaning lady came and said the duvet cover was "just" clean. I just don't like looking at bloodstains. She took the duvet and put it on the floor, then turned it upside down on the bed because then you can't see the stains. She added, "Look, no stains." After a long disagreement and several attempts to persuade her, she finally decided to get a new duvet. We accepted that she was using the duvet cover she had put on the floor. She repeatedly mentioned that she was going over her time because she would be done with work by then. She initially said, "I'll do it tomorrow." To which we replied that we just wanted to sleep in a clean bed and didn't want to wait until tomorrow (we're staying there for two nights). Not a pleasant welcome. It cost us unnecessary time. Even though we helped her make the bed, we had to argue for a long time.

The temperature was a bit off, either really cold or weirdly warm. Made me cold sweat a lot during the night, and generally had bad sleep. I am suspecting the weird cold/lukewarm air in combination with the super warm duvet.

The modernist style. The free water and fruit. The comfy beds.

The breakfast was fine. The variety of food was rich enough. Good coffee, Nice atmosphere.About the room - enough for sleeping only.

The room - too small from my prospective. I did not feel privately in the toilet and bathroom. Excuse me, but only glass separates you from the other person in the room..... That was frustrating experience

Felt clean. Was very quiet within the property and the surrounding areas. Good location nearby the train station and local markets.

Very cost-effective. Good location. The bed is comfy.

During my stays, there were some experiences I felt not aligned with most of my experience of hotel.1. There was no boil kettle, so could not make tea.2. During 4 days of stay, only one day the staff arranged my bed. For the rest of days, no room cleaning, no replacement of towels, no clean cups, and no refilling on coffee capsules. I needed to ask by myself. The housekeeper told me I needed to clean the cups by myself. It’s ok but at least let me know the rules…3. The breakfast was expensive but the food supply was just few types around a small corner. The food refilling was slow. There was only one coffee machine so basically everyone got stuck on the coffee machine during peak time…4. Can add some hard pillows?

Very kind and helpful staff, clean hotel, nice location.

The room was on the smaller side. Breakfast was good, but we were expecting a bigger selection. Parking house was complicated at first.

The location and staff are wonderful

Our rooms are not what we thought we were getting our room had a large circular wall that took up a lot of space no room for a chair and small TV tucked in the corner and unfortunately there was a problem with the TV.
