Easy check in ,good central location

Close to a noisy street, but given the location to be expected

Super nice location opposite to amazing breakfast places. Super close to the museums too

It was snowing during the night of our stay, so sleeping next to the window was too cold for me. The extra heater came in handy but the heat wasn't enough for me to sleep comfortably.

The bed was very comfortable, the location was great, public transportation was easily accessible, and the clerk was very nice and helpful.

A microwave would be a nice addition.

Very bad Hotel very dirty in the reception I waited 20 minutes nobody come still they charge me. I didn’t even stay there very bad. Don’t trust this. Hotel is there robbing the people be careful

There was no microwave in the main room. At least one is needed

Good location, comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom, the included breakfast at the cafe was very good

If something doesn't work with the self check-in it's a bit confusing but the staff were friendly on the phone

Nicely located in the center more or less. We walked to all nice places, but we are walkers.We had a room at the street side, which was very nice. I expected a lot of noise but it was pretty calm and had no problems with falling asleep.Ability to store the luggage before and after checkin/out. We could enter the room a couple of hours earlier as the room was already prepared

The bed could have been a little bit wider (70cm ?) but thats because I have 90 cm bed at home

Nice location, clean room, we've been in this hotel before and our room was more spacious last time. In general it was a nice experience. The room was quiet and warm and we had hot water in the shower all day long and there has cleaning for the room available every day. Also it was nice that the hotel provided tea bags and coffee capsules so we had some free hot drinks during the day.

Our last visit felt better as the other room was more spacious, and the bathroom had a better access. But overall it was a good experience.

Great location, complimentary coffee & tea always available (in rooms & living room). Very fluid and efficient self-check in procedure. Rooms are modern, well appointed, tasteful and clean. Excellent shower !

Some people may find the neighborhood a bit colorful. Personally we loved it ! Loads of different places to eat, on the tram line, 30 minutes walk from the heart of Rotterdam. Really felt like you are living 'like a local'.

My mistake was that I didn't read that breakfast was not in the hotel but in another bar, which didn't suit me very much. Underground corridor, room on -1, In the hallway at the entrance to the room there were only full bags, probably with garbage, which surprised me.

Breakfast didn't start till 8 am at a different location. Had to be early at the train station so I didn't get it that often. I really missed having a fridge in the room. Needing to click on an email to first access the front door is difficult when you haven't gotten a local sim yet. Missed having a front desk.

The breakfast was amazing - delicious and wonderfully varied. The hotel had a great location and our room felt vary spacious. I appreciated the availability of both coffee and tea.

It would have been nice if the window could be fully opened.

The hote is in the good location. You have trams options to centrum frequently. The hotel require to you self checking. It is very easy. Everything was well organized. The hotel and room clean and tidy. You have kettle, tea, nespresso machine and its coffee and safe box. You may leave your luggage after checking out in the safe box which is enough big to cover big luggage at the bottom of hotel. They provide you very good breakfast in the nice Cafe very nearby ( 1 min.) The hotel gives you what you need for comfort and good value. Thank you. I would recommend to the hotel is that it could be better and helpful to give quick and detailed question to the customer who were asked to hotel via Booking.

The location and accessibility by the street car and bus. Furthermore when leaving to the airport it is pretty easy and fast.

Central location and safe area for the night.

I did not report it, however the safe and cooler were not working. If I travel to Holland, I will stay there for sure.I will recommend the place to friends.
