Was clean; staff was very approachable and obliging

Location; rooms look bigger on photos than they actually are, same aout the size of hotel in general; windows are not quite tight

Good location.

Overall, everything is okay.The towels were clean but had holes) From washing. But the main thing is that they were clean.

Possibility to reserve it in the same day as check-in. There is some space inside. NOT ground floor hotel. Big bed. Clean. Bathroom is nice and light.

The only window we couldn’t fully close - so a bit loud and cold. The floors are old wood which is loud. Too dark inside.

We got a beautiful room with windows into inner yard. Very nice location and good size of room. We didnt try breakfast so nothing to comment

In fact the room was quite outdated. Walls would be good to repaint.

This was my second stay, and from start to finish it was excellent, with friendly staff, a huge room by today's hotel standards, very clean too, with a great breakfast served piping hot at 7:30. It is in a terrific location too, near the arts/musueum district and only a 15 minute walk from the central train station with Eurostar connections all over Europe. Finally, the price was half of what I would expect to pay. Hint: stay here and train into Amsterdam for day trips to see the sights.

The room was very dirty: sticky floors, seat and toilet, dirty shower and various stains on the walls including liquid stains.There was no ventilation and the room was stuffy and smelled bad.The worst place we have stayed in.

Breakfast was a little disorganised. People taking other peoples tables. Not enough tables setup for guests so clear up was a little slow when people departed.

No closet space, weak TV connection

The bathroom, room and towel were incredibly dirty. Don’t be fooled the positive comments. The hygiene level is very low

The room was absolutely filthy. Mold in the shower, paint coming off the shower floor, sand and dust on the floor all over the room. I asked for a quieter room in advance (and got notice from the hotel this would be taken care of) because I was traveling with my 5yo daughter who’s a very light sleeper. Came back to the hotel to other guests blasting music - who does that? Staff took care of it after a phone call. However the room was absolutely not on a quiet side as requested: the doors close in an extremely loud way (I’m a frequent flyer/stay in a lot of hotels and have never experienced doors this loud) + we were close to the 2 most used staircases… Do better when accepting a request for q quieter room. To add to thay: guests were constantly in and our of their rooms from 10PM until 4AM. Needless to say I definitely would not recommend this hotel unless you’re a student who’s passing by for a party weekend and don’t care about the quality of your sleep or stay.

It was a dirty room. A very dirty towel was on the bed.

The location was perfect.

The rom was full of dust, on the mirrors, coffee machine, bathroom, TV controller… The toilet seat was broken. The cleaning should be improved, it didn’t looked fully done. And the reception is closed from 11 am which is pretty early, if I choose to book an hotel I expect to have a reception service and the ability to store my luggage before the check in time.

The hotel itself was fine

The checkin process and getting in and out of building was cumbersome to say the least. We could get in using self checkin door but getting out was way harder as usual pathway was closed and we had to backtrack to self checkin door. At this moment, no staff was to be found anywhere to ask for directions or alternative paths.

It was between central station and the city center

photos on booking looks like a hotel but it was kinda like a hostel, bed was not a queen. It was two single bed attached to each other and it made us uncomfortable. no fridge and closet were in the room. The was part of room coming down that you could easily hit your head walking.

Perfect location. It was close to the main points of interest, there’re a lot of bars, supermarkets and shopping centers. In the room everything was perfect- clean room with everything needed- towels, big windows and street view. I recommend to stay at this hotel.

Convenient location and nice place

Reception doesn’t open 24/7

Location was good, housekeepers were nice and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable. Clean.

On booking this hotel offers luggage storage and reception. There wasn’t any reception and check in was online. After arrive hotel was closed and it was only contact by phone call. After check out we had to walked to the different place about 700m and then left our luggage. It was a huge impediment.
