- Decent breakfast. The guy at the breakfast was very polite and helpful.
- The room was clean and comfortable with all the facilities needed. The reception of the hotel was always attended with helpful staff. The breakfast was perfect to get going for the day. It's a traditional style hotel with suites in the adjoining building. The location was perfect for a late arriving flight. The surrounding area is typical of stations, attracting mixture of people, but we felt safe and we're never bothered by anyone at all. The room was very quiet, and it was cleaned daily
Cons -
- The location was central but not the best to stay in Naples. Very noisy and no insulation to protect the room. Was like sleeping on the street in terms of noise. They cancelled our first reservation without any legit reason leaving us without a room. They never answered our messages through booking.com. Overall the room was pricy for what they offer and not value for money.
