- mis-labeled as a hotel. It is not a hotel. I set the booking.com filters for hotels only with on site property staff as were coming in w/ later evening train. And no spa/sauna as represented on booking.coms site. This is an apt or office building suite with commercial tenants and turned suite into apartment rooms with no amenities, no food or restaurant. They have someone come in from off site to open and hand-access keys... and they do not have a spa with sauna for the property as represented on booking.com. They have a steam shower in one of the rooms which does not work, per the maintenance and cleaning persons feedback.
Cons -
- It was misrepresented as a hotel. It should be labeled within the apartment category, or office suite within an office building converted into sleeping rooms. There is no staff on site. They come in from an offsite location to hand over key access. No 24 hr presence as hotels provide.
