- The staff we met were great.

- The location was wonderful! Having access to the executive lounge was nice. The bed was really comfy!
Cons -
- The bathroom wasn?t great. Shower head was loose, lacked power and hot water. Lack of shelving in the bathroom and the only towel rail was stuck right beside the toilet.
- The air conditioning didn¿t work in our room and the hotel kept having people look at it. It did take about 6 hours for them to finally switch our room. Once our room was switched everything was amazing! The air conditioning worked in the new room.
- We would have preferred a buffet breakfast. We paid extra for the executive room but it was very disappointing. There were only cereal bars and no other snacks. The pool and steam room were very small and the jacuzzi broken. Parking was not included
