- Hotel staff were lovely. They allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Cons -
- No air conditioning in rooms. Room was located against the back of a condo development and above the parking garage. Noise from the cars, deliveries and air conditioning units from the condos kept us up for 2 consecutive nights. Couldn't wait to leave!

Location and the staff. Easy walking distance to waterfront and tourist center of Galway. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Really nice people. I wish the hotel provided better accommodations.
