- This hotel has a fantastic location, directly across from the central station. The staff is excellent, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is excellent right in front of the train station and within easy walking distance to the Strasbourg city center. The staff were amazing: very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I especially want to thank Lea, Benot and other staff for their exceptional assistance. They handled my special request with genuine kindness and professionalism something thats unfortunately missing in some other hotels. I truly appreciate and thank them for their outstanding service. Also, I really loved the charming old elevator with the iron gate it added a nostalgic and unique touch to the whole experience. My room had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the train station, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
- There were items advertised in the listing that simply werent true. Bathroom was cold, always. Tv was broken.
Cons -
- Please note that the bathroom doors have large see-through gaps, which might be uncomfortable for colleagues or friends sharing a twin bed room.
