The location was good , convenient and affordable

The carpet was wet in the room and it stayed wet for 2 days; that was our whole trip

the staff, she was extremely nice, the front desk lady was so nice and helpful and willing to go out of their way to help us.

the decoration is quite ugly, seemed old fashioned and dark. i could also hear everything from the floor above and the rooms next door.

Location is excellent, a 7-minute walk to the Sanctuary. The area is quiet and it feels very safe to walk late at night. Hotel staff was very helpful. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.I loved the terrace of our room. Very good value for money.

Good location

Needs a good clean up, and get rid of the musky smell in the rooms. I have to open the porch door to breath properly. Parking info is an issue.

Very tight for 3 people and quite noisy between rooms. Having said that, we got what we paid for. It was just fine for a night, but wouldn't recommend more than a night.

The host of the hotel is very friendly. The room very comfortable spacious and clean. It has a perfect location next to the central village square. I had a very pleasant stay there, definitely will come back. I recommend. Thank you ??

The sink was quite messy and there were little bugs in the shower.

The hotel is very close to the train station attractions, restaurant and shops????The rooms are big and spacious. The beds are clean and comfortable and the host is kind and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Nice and functional small room with a view to a part of the castle.

It was located within walking distance from the Grotto, staff were nice, and Wi-Fi worked well and was secure…

The shower was not comfortable to me…

Central location , you pay for a cheap place & you get a cheap place ! Good internet & the attached cafe was good value..

I found the traffic (at night) to be very loud.

The hotel has a very good location as is not such far from the sanctuary. The street is quite noisy, but still manageable. The hotel cleaning service is very good and cleaning lady very nice and respectful. The stream water in the shower was very strong and good.

The staff at the reception barely speak English, what it's hard in order to book a taxi for example. The room was okay but quite old and it would need a certain renovation.

Was bit really good value we paid 35 for our family. For just bread and croissants

The location is perfect. Nearby tourist attractions, restaurants and bus stops. All staff are nice as well and our room had a patio which was perfect fpr waking up to every morning.

It’s about a 10 minute walk from the Domain, there’s a shop close by

The walls are paper thin & I was woken up by other guests slamming doors and chatting early in the morning.

Single room with shower, a small balcony and TV. Just by having a room all by yourself in this excellent price it's amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The guy in the reception was so nice and helpful.

Bad internet on the 2nd floor and my phone had no reception in the room. The drain in the shower was clogged and maybe they need to change the fitter carpet in the room or bring a professional cleaner once in a while because it looked dirty.
