Breakfast didn’t have much healthy choices and on the first morning, we were not allowed to enter the breakfast area 10 minutes before closing. We explained to the front desk and they were helpful.
Location was great! Very close to the sanctuary.
The room was tight and the carpet was worn out.
Amazing hotel! This is my second stay at Hotel Panorama in Lourdes, and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect—only a 2–3 minute walk to the Grotto and Lourdes Sanctuary. The hotel is very clean, very convenient, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.
It’s very near the sanctuary, and the staff are very kind and accommodating. We stayed during the lean season where most shops and restaurants ate closed. One of the restaurants that’s open and offers good variety and affordable food is just below the hotel.

Nice view from our room.Very close to the basilica, we even can see from our window_ the coming/going visitors AND the top if the cathedral.Comfortaboe and quiet room, since we stayed at the 5th floor.
Its the smallest room at the floor, located at the angle/corner near elevator. . so a little inconvinient for us, travellers with two big luggages ?, and the carpeted floor, requires more thourough vacuming.

2 elevators but one elevator is out of order our whole stay

The response I had on my booking, it was for 2 days, but We missed our plane and only had one day in the hotel, I asked for one day refund since I didn’t use the hotel for the two days, they said no refunds on a not polite way.

Vent in bathroom pretty dusty. Dining area could be brighter to highlight the pretty good breakfast. Somehow, the lighting makes the breakfast options look a little dull.

Everything was perfect!
It is (at most) a 5 minute walk to the Sanctuary- easy to walk everywhere! Breakfast was a hearty variety of breads, cold meat, cheeses and hot food like eggs, sausages and mushrooms.
Sad that we couldn’t find anywhere to eat on arrival at 9pm. The restaurant was just closing
