- Very close to the Grotto
- Excellent location, just around the corner from the shrine entrance, which made an easy walk getting to and from the various services and activities. Our room was recently redone and spotlessly clean. The mini fridge and electric kettle for coffee and tea are a nice feature. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Good food and service at the a la carte restaurant.

Clean, has coffee shop and restaurant
I was a small room , it was situated like in a basement . The bed was very uncomfortable, the room I was in looked like a storage . It was the second time I stayed there but this one was horrible
The room . No view
Location is outstanding. Accommodations were good with enough space for three women to coexist
The food from the restaurant where you could include breakfast was definitely under par.
Location and staff
Feels dirty run down
The property is near the sanctuary and accessible to many stores
Poor WiFi , cabinet for refrigerator has no refrigerator , toiletries consist only of a foamy soap in the shower.
Very well located. I can go up to my room anytime I’m walking around the town to conveniently drop my shopping bags. The coffee shop of the hotel seemed to be the only one opened early for breakfast. ? Also, communication with hotel prior to checking in was very responsive to my concerns.
Very little amenities but was happy they provided the room with coffee.
One night at Saint Sauveur and then my wife and I were transferred to Grand Hotel Gallia Londres, a very great hotel that deserves its 4 stars. That was wonderful, well beyond our expectations as it was at no extra cost for us, both hotels belong to the same group.
The property was very clean and the staff were super friendly and close to the Lourdes Sanctuary. We had breakfast and it was delicious!
Good but eggs on the table are raw.
Separation of toilet in the rooms without access to water for washing. Why the need to separate shower and lavatory from the toilet?
the location was perfect
There was not enough area to put stuff. The half moon board in between the beds could not even hold devices i was charging
Helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very close to the shrine. Hard to ask for more!
Hard to say! They did run out of parking spaces, but there was a garage very close by.
Location and staff
Room was a bit small
The proximity to the sanctuaryWe were in this hotel last Sept 2019Very happy with the room, friendly staff
Unfriendly day time staff at the reception Uncomfortable roomLack of necessities

Location - very close to the Basilica of our Lady of Lourdes and the shops around
No aircon
Closeness to the Sanctuary and the excellent staff that answered many questions.
No AC and it was warm and uncomfortable to sleep at night with the window open because of people talking loud during late night and early morning trucks delivering making sleep passed 6 impossible.
Right in the middle of the souvenir shops and restaurants, and a 10-15 minute walk to the grotto!
There were 3 of us, and we were like sardines in the room with our large luggages (mind you, we are pilgrims coming from the States, 2 of us with medical issues, so of course we have our whole life packed in those luggages). We were literally having to go over each other so we could move around. The temperature of the mini refrigerator is only a few degrees lower than room temperature, so keep that in mind for your insulins; they were warm to touch after a few days in the refrigerator. The rooms can get some deep cleaning; there were dirt from previous occupants under the bed (yes, we were moving beds to accommodate our luggages… you know what, do yourself a favor and just follow this rule: 2 persons in 1 room). There are only two elevators, and just like driving in freeways, there are peak hours. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes for an elevator, if there’s even space. This happened to me three times, and I recorded my wait times as follows: 8 minutes, 11 minutes, and 13 minutes. You can take the stairs, sure, if you’re fine using the exterior fire escape (no seriously, the door opens up to those fire escape stairs but I didn’t risk it cuz I didn’t know if it had any access back into the main lobby once I get down) or the indoor stairway (if only you can figure out the light switch, otherwise good luck especially after having Grave Encounters 2011 in my mind). The location is great, but after a while, you’ll notice that the souvenir stores are quite tacky and the restaurants are mediocre as much as they advertise the best pizza or best French food. It is really catered for pilgrims (not tourists; this is a different dimension lol). This also goes for convenience stores; the closest one is about a 5 minute walk and they literally have the most basic products that should get you by if you just needed a snack or two.
The room needs upgrading the beds are hard and the toilets and showers are older. The location of the hotel is very close to the entrance of the grotto and is easy to walk to. The breakfast was ok.
The hotel should have a better coffee shop. We arrived after 9pm and it was difficult to get something to eat. only ice cream and pies available.
