Pros +
- It was clean and location to church was excellent
- Proximity to Our Lady of Lourdes.
- Excellent location
Cons -
- Overall the staff at the reception desk was excellent except for one man whom we had to deal with on the 30th of June in the event who was quite rude when we wanted our phone charged as there were no adaptors available in the room.
- Breakfast should be included and needed more options
- The Lourdes daily schedule given to us by the hotel was incorrect and we were unable to attend mass in Spanish because of this.We were dropped off by a Flix bus in a parking lot about 11 miles from the hotel. We called the hotel and they would not call a taxi for us. This was a bad shortcoming and needs to be fixed. We ultimately found an uber.

Location, nice decor, comfy beds, great breakfast
Excellent location 2 minutes walk from the sanctuary Attentive and friendly staff whom assisted with taxi bookings and provided plenty of information regarding the siteClean, spacious facilities with high quality toiletries provided
No concerns
Strategically located
The room given to us was at one part of the hotel whereby it is not a long distance to exit (they have an exit only door nearby the lift) but very far from the main entrance of the hotel.

Location rooms and breakfast
Perfect place to stay in the Center of Lourdes. Very friendly staff everywhere (reception, restaurant). Nice rooms, great breakfast and good dinner.
Car parking is difficult to find. Had to drive twice around the block to access. Maybe a better map and description would help.
Location and the bedroom was comfortable with working desk, bathroom had bath tub, roomy wardrobe. Totally functional.
Spa didn’t work. The jacuzzi wasn’t hot enough, the dry and wet sauna were not working. If you got bathtub, really don’t bother.
The location was fabulous, very close to Lourdes shrine.
Although there was plenty of choice at breakfast, the selection of hot food was disappointing (poor quality sausages and eggs). Pastries were ok, but not of a particularly high quality. Considering the cost of the room rate I had expected a better quality of produce. I would however definitely book this hotel again for a stay in Lourdes.
Hotel is very old - needs a lot of work - room smells - had to request room change - new room also smelled but not as bed ! Carpet needs to be changed - location was excellent - but I would never recommend or stay there again - staff were okay, nothing special
This is an excellent hotel. Beautiful decor, excellent staff. Food and wine list is of a high standard. There are plenty of common areas and all very clean, bright and cheerful. If you are visiting Lourdes on Pilgrimage then this hotel is ideally situated.
I have stayed in this hotel for more an 10 times and I have never had a complaint.
We were delighted at the amenities, friendliness, and serenity of the Grand Hotel Gallia & Londres, an oasis from the bustle of the city with its throngs of pilgrims. The Hotel offers invaluable on-premise parking, but it is tricky to reach if you don’t know the pattern of one-way streets in Lourdes and what to look for at the gate (be sure to get careful instructions in advance before arriving.) The hotel rooms are spacious, modern and tastefully appointed, inviting you to rest, if the crowds at the Shrine or on the street below get to be too much. The Hotel’s restaurant is OUTSTANDING, with a full menu of imaginatively prepared meats, seafoods, and in-season fresh vegetables, easily one of the best places we tried in France.
Great location
Room was dark, on the main street although I had requested a Room to the rear
Proximity to the shrine entrance.
Access to the parking lot was a nightmare. They tell you to turn right but it’s a one-way street. We had to go around two kilometers and ended up going in the same way through a one-way street. The parking lot access code didn’t work so I had to go to the reception so they can open it. The hotel is old and obviously has seen better days but you’re there for religious reasons so it was a bit of a sacrifice. The night receptionist seemed bored and can barely give us proper instructions. Perhaps he was just tired or the end of his shift.
Location
Did not have an emergency first aid kit at the front desk. Wasn’t able to get the room we re wasted months ago.
Fantastic location, nice room, and friendly helpful staff.
I thought that the parking and breakfast were expensive.
