Location!! Distance & convenience to Sanctuary and City Centre. Clean bathroom, elevator and comfortable bed. Also. very welcoming and helpful staff

Not a dislike but just a note an fyi the hotel show it¿s age.

Practical location

The room was tiny!! And they didn’t turn on the heat inside the bathroom, I had to look for it. breakfast is meh! Super basic. No one there. It’s basically self-serve. If you are going to Lourdes in a low season, it’s worth taking the breakfast because most places are closed.

The property was close to our Lady of the immaculate conception sanctuary. The staff, were a great host and made the stay truly wonderful. I would stay at the hotel Continental again.

The floor in our room is in a slight angle and creaked when you walked on it.

Very convenient. Clean & Close to the Lady of Lourdes.

Very tiny bathroom that you tend to bump the side walls when showering. A little noisy when someone uses the elevator.

The location is very close to grotto. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming. Great job, guys! The price is affordable. Breakfast is great!

* The entrance lobby is kind of smelly, it could be molds (?). * The toilet’s shower door needs update as the water drips into the bathroom floor. *Nice to have kettle and water inside the room. *No aircon, just a fan.

Comfy space, close to sanctuary, and friendly staff. Enough for a week of stay.

Not enough outlet for phone charger, especially close to bed or near the mini-table. If fan is plugged in, we have no other option to charge our phone.

Location, location, location!

On the app it is not very clear that there are rooms with and rooms without air conditioning!! We arrived in 95F temperatures only to find out our room booked was without the highly needed a/c!!! Thankfully, the staff was amazing and helped us get a different room that had air conditioning!!!! No a/c would be a deal breaker. On the booking website, please do a better job highlighting this critical issue (perhaps a different color to make it stand out?).

Very conveniently located to the Lourdes sanctuary and restaurants. Staff was very helpful regardless of the situation, whether calling a taxi or arranging for us to have an extra early breakfast because of an early departure. If we return to Lourdes, we will stay there again.

Not all rooms have air conditioning. We were not aware of this and unfortunately booked a room without a/c when the temperature outside was approximately 35C! Thankfully the staff was able to change our room for a nominal increase in price and the a/c worked extremely well!!

Location. Great for popping in and out during my pilgrimage. Clean, comfortable and safe. Staff very pleasant and extremely helpful. Thank you. Breakfasts calm and plentiful.

It was all great for me. The shower was a bit small but perfectly adequate.

It's location

Old hotel, uneven floors, poor beds, tired interiors, to small shower and bathroom. An advertised bar with no beer, no parking. In short the majority of things

While we reached the hotel we were upgraded to hotel solitude and that was very generous. It was a very busy property but the staff managed it very professionally.

The manger (male) cannot recall his name at The Continental was really very helpful and courteous, would definitely recommend this property to friends visiting lourdes.

The room was lovely as bit of a tight squeeze in the bathroom but just adequate. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast had great choice but they need a new toaster! The location was perfect for me as I have a disability and needed to be within easy reach of the Domain. I have stayed here before and love this hotel.

The staffs are very good and helpfull.. Very close to church.The rooms are very clean and washroom is very comfortable. I want to go again.to the next time.

Very nice hotel.exactly what we needed.Clean .Staff very friendly and helpful and polite.beds were comfortable.One thing though I don’t think there is air conditioning if your stay is a summer one .Otherwise 10/10

Ground floor toilet has a strong bad smell .

My mom has been planning on visiting Lourdes for quite some time, and we were finally able to plan this trip this year. A friend of ours recommended this hotel, and we are super grateful she did, because the location was superb, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious enough.

Breakfast doesnt have much choice. Safety box not working.however staffs are very help to keep our important document in their safety box in reception area.

I liked the room as it was spacious.

There was not kettle in the room .No water was provided to drinks in the room.The restaurant closed after 6pmNot enough items for the breakfast option
