Le Petit Majestic

The room was very quiet, comfortable, clean and spacious. It wasn't my first stay in this hotel and I will book here egain. The staff was very helpful despite problems getting to Lourdes. The young man at the reception speaks perfect English and is very friendly. For the low price I paid I had all I needed. Thank you Le Petit Majestic.

Location was great, close to the train station (about 5 min downhill) and close to supermarkets and restaurants in town. The room was relatively clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a standard European "buffet", make sure you're there before 7.30 if you want any croissants!

It could use some extra cleaning around the shower/ bathtub and a bit of an upgrade.

The sound insulation - you hear your neighbors as if they were in your room. Street-facing rooms get a lot of bus noise

Was told on arrival breakfast was not available

The area outside had bags of rubbish and the outside steps needed repair and sweeping clear of rubble. No conversation with staff. A word of welcome and reassurance if help is needed do ask.

It was further than I thought from the grotto, however it’s not far from the train station which was 5 minutes away and bus back to the airport, which convenient for me.

If you have breakfast make sure you don’t go too late because if you like croissants they go quickly!

This budget hotel is our winter travel go-to in Lourdes because it has comfortable beds, clean linen and a toilet and bathroom that may not be brand new but very clean.We visit Lourdes in winter so the few restaurants that are open in centre-ville are a walking distance away. Nicolas at the reception was very helpful in recommending a restaurant.The buffet breakfast is typical french - viennoiseries, coffee, yogurt, butter, fruits ...

The rooms are really good value for money so any client couldn't demand more.

Just to spend the night. The heating piping system should be checked. Constant dripping in the room.

Comfy beds!Bathroom a bit disappointing and not that comfortable as when we booked the room we thought from the picture that we were getting a room with a bath tub but we had a very small shower with a shower curtain but all in all it was fine. Location was the best and the staff were accommodating. Thank you to the team?

I think it would be great to have a kettle in the room so guests can have hot water for their own tea or coffee.

Staff very gentle and kind, Nicolas. Confort bed, table for work, very clean room.

I think that the heater was not working, It feels a little cold in the room. But nothing too bad.

The place is close to everything. The girls at the reception very kind. Breakfast was OK.

They need to place a ramp so it's easy to move the carry on luggage into the place. They may have to change the quilts

The room wasn’t very clean, the shower and bathroom were old. The room was a bit small and in our case we were right in front of the elevator which was very noisy. Also the entrance to the building smelled bad

Great Location, nice Appartement with all Facility. A Little expansive , but for the Location… good value.

That the Building is in reformance and the Owner didn’t mention it. So if you are exploring Paris from early in the Morning until Late in the afternoon Perfect.

Delicious breakfast, and good location, handy for exploring Lourdes, as well as being close to the station.

We could not contact the hotel by phone before we arrived - there was no answer. On arrival, there were three other couples waiting to check in, but no staff were at reception. When staff arrived, they were busy with other things and could not attend to the waiting guests for 10 minutes or so. They made no eye contact or attempt to explain the delay. Once staff were available to check us in, everything was fine. Thanks.
