Staff and location

No wifi signal to the 5th floor. There was a bad stinky smell in the room.

The location is perfect and the room is clean although the whole hotel is old, and the breakfast as compared to the other hotels I've been is the worse. There was no savon, and the hair dryer was not working.

Location and value

Facilities- stains on bed linen and. Shower head holder was broken.

The stay was sufficient for our needs and other shops and bars/restaurant nearby to meet our needs.

We only had breakfast once and the atmosphere was too cold. No staff around. Plates and cold bread, butter ready. Not appetising at all. No staff to assist. Everything is do it yourself.

Staff was nice and polite and helped us to find the parking for two motorcycles.

Very stinky room! Like someone was smoking in it just before we came!

Poor communication; waste bin not emptied regularly; room not swept; was told to pay 1Eur to get hot-water to take tea in my room.

Advertised with parking but car park was up the road and dimly lit, ended up parking in the street bays overnight which was free to be fair

Our lodging experience at the rooms in Lourdes was highly satisfactory. The hotel's proximity, just a 5-minute walk to the church, greatly facilitated our visit. The room itself was well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay, complemented by the warm and hospitable nature of the host. An inconvenience we encountered was the distance of the parking area, particularly challenging due to our late arrival. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive, characterized by a welcoming ambience, which contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. I would confidently recommend this accommodation to fellow travellers visiting Lourdes.

The Hotel is situated few minutes from the sanctuary and in the same time in a quite place.The staff who run the hotel is very kind.

At the arrival I was upset to know that the hotel doesn't include dinner for single tourist, but just for groups. The previous experience I had great dinner

The location was very close and easy access to the sanctuary. The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked being so close to the Shrine with just a short walk.

I love the location and the staff. Even though they don't speak English, they at least tried to help me.

Would suggest to avoid taking for the Breakfast option. Location is near the Cave and church, but would skip for the broken toilet in room number 209 and badly managed rooms.

Facilities in room bad. Hairdryer in bathroom a disaster should be a proper hairdryer and mirror with lighting to style your hair and put on your makeup. Shower curtain a no no get with the times. Soap Dispenser outside of curtain a joke. Breakfast ok but took a spoon up to the room to stir medicine and was chastised as if stealing it. If they had proper cups not plastic and spoons in the room we would not have had to take one up with us. Would never stay here again. Do not waste your money on this excuse of a hotel.

Hotel location was very close to the major religious sites at Lourdes, and free parking a short distance from the hotel was much appreciated to park our rental car.

Room and hotel were a little dated, but very clean and servicable.

Parking was far away up a steep hill in the dark and overgrown, small sign hardly visible in the dark no a/c

The location was amazing. The hotel is very close to the main square with the Sanctuarium. The hotel has dedicated lift outside, what has a huge positive impact when we are tired. Around the hotel we have to access to shops and restaurants. The host is helpful and very friendly. He helped us order a taxi to the airport, which was very helpful and surprising.
