Not expensive

One key only , no change of towels , or toilet paper , no hot water ,

There were 5 beds in one room. Which was what we required. On the ad it says wheelchair access but this is only a lift there is no access into the room but to be fair they had told us this but only a day or two before we left do too late to source some where else. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and nice. He told us the room was not wheelchair friendly but if he could help he would and we appreciated that. It is very close to the basillica etc so very handy that way.It was very clean though.We were given toiletries too which are not in every hotel.Theres also a great little restaurant up the road from it called pizzeria Genieve great pasta dishes pizza etc and good value once you find somewhere nice to eat stick with it. Shops beside it too and slightly cheaper than the shops the other side.

I had emailed the day before for early check in and received confirmation back that that was ok. However when we arrived check in was not until 2 which would still have been ok if we were allowed to leave our bags in but she would not let us so we couldnt go far with all the bags. The shower was very small .there was no where to hang or put clothes no wardrobe.

Very close to the sanctuary at Lourdes

I could not speak French, and the hotel staff also could not speak English. Some little barrier in communication

Parking advertised in booking.com but not existing Check in time in booking.com not correct Room was not clean No breakfast available on the first day, second day breakfast food available but no dishes or sugar available

The hotel was right where we wanted to be as we are poor on our feet so it was ideal in that way.

Very very poor decor plan and badly painted. The bathroom shower had a door missing no shower curtain no toilet roll holder no towel holder nothing for the shower head to clip into so shower with one hand Paid extra for breakfast no cold milk only flavoured tea flies in the orange juice taken away and for each day we were charged the full amount Only one bed side wall light worked no main light A bit of thought and very little money would put a lot right a bit of a one man operation I stayed in a lot better hostels And I don't write reviews but felt I needed to do this one I'd wished I'd spent another 100 somewhere else

I came by Invitation for International Military Pilgrimage, and dont have much time to socialize during my stay.The staff is very friendly and helpful, like when i need Hot Water even though there was a misunderstanding bcs i dont speak French, only English and German. During my stay i felt like i was at Home. Close enough to Sanctuary. Would recommend with my friends if they want to visit Lourdes.

There was Live Music came from the Restaurant at night next door, that was hard for me to took slept, as i had to get up early morning to attend an event.

Hotel next to the Sanctuary, few meters.Staff really kind anf they help you in everything you need.Good relation between quality/price.

Location excellent. Easy to find.

Outdated rooms.. not easy to find parking.

Old building but clean and nice. For the price we paid is great. The view is tre river and church. Public parking with a very small charge in the front of the hotel, safe place to leave the car.

The experience was exceptional. You couldn't have met more warm and caring people. I was ill the first night there and the owner drove me to medical treatment. A lovely relaxed and very peaceful atmosphere. A lovely room with a balcony. Plus the advantage that it is one of the closest to the sanctuary. Lovely memories of Lourdes to take away. Our Blessed Mother and St Bernadette really took care of me sending me there. 5 star treatment.

Not an absolute thing

The hotel was very close to the Sanctuary which was ideal for us.

The hotel could do with a good refurbishment. Our room was very old and tired. The bathroom was also of very poor standard. Sink and toilet weren't secured properly to wall and floor. The heating was also not good. Very noisy and during the night we had to turn it off. Double bed not comfortable at all. A shame really as it has alot of potential.
