Hôtel Le Rive Droite & SPA

The proximity to the sanctuary at Lords was perfect. The staff was friendly and informative.

It was very clean though an older hotel

Location and balcony on the river!!

Breakfast Buffet was disappointing compared to what other hotels were offering for the price.

Hotel location was great, close to the shrine of Lourdes which was what we wanted. Very close to great restaurants. The room was very clean and smelled clean.

Ca not say there wasn't anything I didn't like. We are from the San Francisco Bay Area where it is generally cool so at night like my room colder than normal but that didn't happen because the air conditioner did not work. Fortunately not hot in October.

Separate toilet

We have very late and very early flights ( mean it)I contacted the hotel and they answered me immediately without any inconvenience for check in/out. We were in January when it is not the tourist season and they treated us as if we were.Thanks.

My advice, change the carpet in room 305, you can see its use. Excellent cleaning.

Room was a comfortable size for a short stay with a lovely view from the balcony. Short walk to the sanctuary, which was very convenient. Breakfast was adequate! Loved that the toilet was separate from the bathroom/shower

Room with beautiful view lovely lady at reception I think it was Manon. Breakfast amazing and very close to sanctuary.

Only one thing room was very nice lovely modern but carpet looked very tired

Close to the shrine

Definitely needs an update. Carpet stained and overall room did not feel clean. Common areas also worn and dated.

Location, clean, breakfast, friendly staff.

The pillows were a bit hard.

The guy in the entrance in the afternoon was extra friendly and he even spoke to us in spanish. Very nice location, close to the sanctuary and to restaurants

Staff was extremely kind and attentive to our needs. Ready to help at any moment or just willing to share experiences.

I would have liked the possibility to have lunch or diner on site.

This is our first time at the Le Rive Droite,Everything about this Hotel was superb,all the Staff were excellent,the Breakfast had a great selection on offer, we have stayed in a few hotels in Lourdes before and this one takes top place,Our rooms had a Balcony overlooking the river.we look forward to our visit next year.

You had to pay extra for spa.

Staff especially Camille is brilliant very helpful snd accommodating . Location is good , breakfast good .

Carpet needs changed it’s stained

We could hear the noise outside the room, I thought the rooms are sound proofed.We felt rushed when checking out, the cleaners was so eager to clean the room and was already waiting outside before 10am asking us what time are we leaving.

Location. It has plenty of shops, restaurants, café and Lourdes Cathedral is just 5mins walk away. We went specifically for that. Breakfast was nice too.

It's nice to have the toilet separate but i didn't like the distance between the shower and toilet. We forgot the adaptor for our chargers, the hotel had only one spare luckily but not the shops in the area.

Twin room was too small. Also the fact that sauna should be paid separately is unfair. Every hotel in the uk allow customers the use of sauna or swimming pool without the need separate payments. This should have been included in the stay.
