Hotel rooms are clean , hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Good walking distance to the Sanctuary.

Near Lourdes Church walking distance.For sure we will be back.Ideal place to stay if you are not driving.Because narrow street and lots of 1 way and there is no parking in the building.

Parking space so hard to find lay out or map provided not so clear that it's in the top of the hill about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.But still a good place to stay

Location is perfect and ideal by proximity to the Grotto. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Facility is clean.

The location of the hotel is excellent with close vicinity to the Sanctuary. The hotel is 3 star and the room was to my satisfactory. The guests were abit rowdy sometimes.

The breakfast was disappointing, particularly the eggs/omlets. I feel that a hotel should make an effort with coffee / tea, the coffee dispensar is not anywhere close to what coffee should taste like. I also think that the light sensing in the corridors is not sufficient to make one feel safe.

I liked the location. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that they have a buffet in case you don't feel like going out to look for a place to eat.. The food was good and price was great. The rooms were pretty clean and the location is just a walking distance from the Lourdes grotto.

The hotel manager was not nice and helpful when we needed his help with managing our departure date. We understand that he has a business to run, but when you make money the first priority in dealing with guests instead of building a long term relationship you may lose out on future businesses. Also. If you don't like to smoke don't go there. People were smoking in the lobby area and we had to inhale the smoke or just avoid the lobby altogether.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the Sanctuary. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The breakfast was good with a decent variety.

The room could use some small updates, especially on television upgrading to smart TV and the availability of kettles. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit weak at times as we stayed on the 5th floor

So clean and such amazing value. Lovely staff. Made a lovely recommendation for a restaurant.Good parking.

Have stayed here before as value for money. Clean and comfortable bed to get a good nights sleep.

Clean , spacious

Went out the morning of our checkout & everything was cleared before we got to pack our things away.Checkout was stated for 11am . Came back at 10 to clear our stuff & use the bathroom & lady at front office was mad the room was used again even though we hadn’t checked out yet.

Simple and efficient. Close to key sites

Some staff members seemed grouchy with no smiles and very straight forward. No warm fuzzies. One guy gave me the wrong info to bus stop to the train station. Good thing I chose the route I arrived at and became familiar with. While on the bus, i traced the route to catch the bus as he instructed, if I did, I would have had to walk double the distance and there was no stop. That would have been a disaster for my trip to catch the train. Thank goodness!

Excellent location located minutes away from the Sanctuary, shops and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable enough. Breakfast was simple but nice spread.

Room quite dated and in need of a renovation. My parents in their room on the same floor had a nicely renovated bathroom. Room walls quite thin and you can hear noises from other rooms and in the corridors.

No kettle, no iron for pressing clothes no complimentary coffee tea bottled water. No early check in. Was made to wait till 3.05 pm

Clean and comfortable, it’s close to the town centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

No WiFi in our room, and weak phone signal but ok in communal areas, the issue was reported. The male member of staff behind the desk was simply rude and virtually called me a liar, the manager got involved when I mentioned it and his attitude thankfully improved. The internet in our room was tested and that confirmed there was no signal! The car park is no way 150 meters away, it’s a considerable walk with all your luggage especially on the way back when it’s all up a steep hill and you have to pay €10 for this!

The property was at a great location, less than 10 mins away from the magnificent cathedral! Everything in walking distance and very clean !

The rooms are pretty old and outdated and also not all staff were very nice..

I was given a lovely spacious room on the top floor with air con.The hotel is in close proximity to the Lourdes Basilica - the lift to the lower street is just around the corner :)Hotel was clean and well maintained.Merci pour tout Hotel Angelic! I had a lovely stay.

It would have been useful if room safes were provided.
