very poor soundproofing, no shower curtains and water is a bit hard to control. too little pillows

Location, cleaning, front desk..

No mat in the bathroom , no you tube, no free coffee to guests, soap, shampoo very bad.

The noise and the bar just in the face of the room with peoples laughing after midnight

The reception was a very good person he gave me the room with good view of mountains

The receptionist was very friendly as this was my second stay. The breakfast was also good. Self service. Near to grotto just 5mint walk from hotel

The location was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was a good value.

It was difficult to figure out what to do when we arrived. The reservation was for Luxemborg but we were directed by a faded sign on the door to go to the hotel next door which is where we stayed. Luxemborg was closed for the season

The breakfast was good and the personnel attended as soon as we came down for the breakfast. The location is close to the Sanctuary. It was nice being and spending one night over there.

The location is very good as it is a short distant from Notre Dame de Lourdes Sanctuary. I have light breakfast normally. So I was happy with it. There is no lunch and dinner at the hotel but there are many restaurants around.

1 The shower room is a bit dated but it is not really a problem as the hot water was running. 2 I could not see a microwave. Moreover, there should be access to a kettle at night time specially.

There was no reception at the desk. And no security camera near the door . It was hard to find reception

It is quiet, clean and close to the sanctuary, restaurants and shops, transportation to and from.the airport.Friendly staff.

The location was ideal. The room was clean. There was breakfast provided. There was free WiFi. I booked a room for three nights, and it was not expensive. The staff were friendly.

I could only get one tv station on the tv, and with that channel, I could only hear the station. There was no picture coming through to the tv.

The property was very accessible and close to all the other tourists spots to go visit. It’s very cute and even though it’s small, it doesn’t feel cramped. The hotel room was very clean and well kept. Also the man at the register was very informative and asked all of our questions.

That some of the lamps connected to the walls were not working.

Bed sheets are clean.

The entrance door opened on the stairs no ramp for the handicapped. The rooms are not clean and noisy. The vanity was not attached to the wal and the shower handles was about to fall. The first room was severely molded and humid. No compensation was offered just moved to a smaller room.

When nobody is at the counter, I wave/speak to the person manning the security camera next to the computer and someone tends to me.

Staff attended to my requests very quickly and the privacy of my room is great! Rather small room, which suited me as I am small sized. Unsure if it's ideal for 2 people even though there are 2 beds. Could be a tight squeeze with little elbow space.

Perhaps give the doors a fresh coat of paint and clean the balcony once a year?

Excellent location. 5 mins walk to the Sanctuary. I booked a single room with single bed for 6 nights. If you are solo travellers it is good value for money.

Had a lift. Morning receptionist was good. ESy access to the Sanctuary.

The evening receptionist was horrible. Room 304, hot water in the shower gets cut off and cold water flows????. TV pictures distorted . The small electric heater is not adequate for the room and bathroom. Didn't replace shower gel sachets or the towel very thin. Room was not cleaned. No facility to have boiling water. Didn't have WiFi for two days, as the evening staff was not interested helping. He said something is wrong with my phone. Wall are very thin . Can hear what happen next

The location was excellent. close to the grotto and also close to the shops. The restaurants are close by the bridge. All is a walking distance. The staff very helpful.They gave us extra towels. Staff provided all that we requested for and on time.

The tiny elevator is interesting, and the croissanf is nice.
