Big room and friendly staff. Good for family of 4-5.

The parking is behind the property, we had to drag the luggage along pebbles.Also the WiFi was almost “none”. It came on and off and very weak.

Our room didn’t have air condition. It was too hot. And the bed cover are not that soft.

We did not like the rooms - rooms were not clean at all. The pillow cases and bed with human hairs all over. Very bad presentation. We did not stay a night - we went to another Hotel with clean rooms.

Location excellent for us.Made own breakfast, facilities were great. (Would have liked/expected better mugs and glasses.)

Clean bed/ bedding was excellent. But, I would have liked extra layer between plastic cover and sheet/me!Mugs and glasses were not good.

I was looking for an apartment i could cook/ warm meals. This property gave me this and was very satisfied in this aspect!

The bed was not the most comfortable. And was a single bed so if you need space to toss and turn, this would be pretty awkward. I could not regulate the temperature in the room so was uncomfortable on the cold rainy night.

Breakfast was not very good not the value for money. The rooms need updating. There was a smell of mould pillows need updating and blankets

It’s located very close to Lourdes Sanctuary, very close to restaurants. This property is equipped with all the necessities. It’s not luxurious but very good value for money. The receptionists are all very helpful and kind.

Good place to stay, the room was cold heating was not working but they were happy to offer another room.

Earlier check-in, easy 10 mins walk to the sanctuary , clean and fresh, lovely and highly recommended Entre 2 0 (family run) restaurant, less than 5 mins walk from the hotel ( booking recommended to avoid disappointment ).

Having to clear the bin from the room but this will not stop us from booking this place again at the right priceNote : Hotel parking €7 per 24 hours - There is a free Public car park about 10 mins walk from the hotel

We didn’t like that we have to throw the trash when we leaveThe lobby didn’t have chairs for us to sit while waiting for the taxi that never came. We ask the receptionist to make reservations for a taxi and we waited and nobody came to pick us up

The stair way was really big The elevator was not trustable somebody got stuck in it

Hotel is located near the Airport Shuttle bus stop - just a minute to go. Also very close to the Grotto and restaurants. Staff very helpful - we had some problems what was solved very fast, also had help with directions, they let us to store our luggage after check out.

We had electricity cut off and fridge was leaking.

Location is great, close to everything but grocery stores. Bus from the airport stops nearby. Room was big and clean. I think we got upgraded to a bigger studio with two bedrooms but didn't have to pay more

great reception staff, parking easy, quiet off street, big outdoor deck to sit, ok for the budget range.

It’s spacious and had all the utensils to cook. The property also has washing machine.Their staff are excellent. It’s little far from the sanctuary, but we are fine with walking and also well connected by the bus number L5
