Location

First of all, the staff in these hotel robbed my jacket and snow pants that I left in the hotel room. I contacted them immediately after leaving the hotel and they were rude and their answer was that “next guest might took the jacket and pants”. Aren’t they supposed to clean the room first before checking in another guest? Also, the facilities were dirty and the energy in this place is awful. Don’t ever think of staying at Hotel Alliance.

Diner times was posted and when we tried to get food it was closed and lady at the desk was rude

The room was wonderful and the staff extremely helpful. They were able to store my refrigerated medicine for me. It was walking distance to the grotto as well as the center of town. I like that it was smaller and quiet

Unable to eat in the rooms

Good breakfast, close to the sanctuary, and staff are nice.

The room and the corridor has a musty smell.

The front desk staff was outstanding: friendly, helpful, and gracious. It was also quiet at night, which was important tome.

The location was a little far from the Sanctuary, but only because the bridge was under construction.

Nice location away from all the tourist noise and less than 15 minute walk to Sanctuary. Two nice restaurants nearby that weren't crowded. Big room and bathroom and closet space. Very helpful staff! I recommend staying here.

Alliance is the best among our stays, we had two rooms, and they are spacious, clean.The lady at the front desk is very nice, she is like a concierge who told us about the city and directions.

Very close to the train station. 40 minutes walk to the center. Clean facility.

I wouldn’t walk around that neighborhood alone at night, but during the day it feels pretty safe.

Hot water issue on our 1st day, which got resolved the following day.

I really like that the hotel was so clean. I always prefer a clean hotel.

Food. Could be better for the amount we had to pay. Also could include more options for dinner. We only had dinner there.

Normal hotel for 1-2 nights, nothing interested.Parking spaces exist and a lift as well.

Poor breakfast, worst possible purchase system for breakfast (pieces of paper with mistakes), no forks.Poor parking system: You can either force someone to leave your space or find your space blocked with a key—stop the car, open the bollard, and park.No checkin-checkout parking zone.I read the policy "don't eat in the room" for the first time in my life.

A decent short stay, they have good breakfast too..

Too far from Our Lady of Lourdes Sanctuary, we’ve waited at the bus station that the front desk says every 15mins it will arrive, in the end we just walked coz its been 30mins & still no bus arriving..

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room itself was good. Clean and comfortable. The location is good in that it's not right in the heart of things, but an easy walk to both downtown and the Cathedral. There was a good room to store our bikes in overnight.

Not really the hotel's fault, but there was activity outside our room with quite a bit of noise until 2am. May have just been our experience rather than regularly. Wifi was also pretty weak.

in a great position just a 5 minute walk into centre,15 minute walk to funiculare du Jer.Parking.

food was the worst we have ever had in France ever.Do not be fooled into booking the buffet dinner….overcooked rubbish and no choice.Breakfast did not compare with other hotels.Bread or croissant that was all. This hotel is catering for large coach parties on a planned tour.

It’s close to downtown. Had adjoining rooms which was nice.

Breakfast was a little expensive for what you got.
