Locatiion and staff friendly and very helpful

Hallway on our floor smells bad like moldy smell. The place is dated (old).

The location.

The room 536 has zero views outside the window. The toilet smelled like pee that hasn?t been properly clean since the day we checked in. The AIRCONDITIONING did not work! Ask for a fan which I was informed, they don't have any. It was 30 degrees outside!

They helped us out when our Zenitude hotel which we had paid to left us stranded in the middle of the night since we arrived late and did not understand French

Close to Our Lady Of Lourdes sanctuary.

The staff were ready to help whenever we needed it All and all very good experience Thank you Highly recommend

So close to the Sanctuary. Easy to walk back and forth.

Lobby updated but rooms are old.

Excellent Location, nice and helpful staff, clean.

No tissue paper in the shower room.

We chose Hotel Roissy for its proximity to the Lourdes Sanctuary, and it didn't disappoint us. It was an easy 5 min walk. The hotel's dining room and bar were great. The private parking lot was fairly easy to access given how tight many places in Europe were.

The room was rather tight. An extra chair in the room could have been very useful.

The staff was friendly and have knowledge in Spanish and English. The food was great.

The parking situation was chaotic went we arrive.Big pilgrims groups in town.We have to way for hrs until we got one.It was very extrefull.But I will visit again.

Good variety in a comfortable setting. Julie and Monica were excellent during dinner, very courteous and helpful.

The seating was a bit confusing. There were food stations in 2 areas but you didn't have the option to choose where to sit.The one thing that disappointed us was getting a cab for the day we were leaving. We first asked Reception the day we arrived. We followed up the next evening, when paying our bill. There was ni record of our request. When checking out the following morning, no cab had been booked. Thankfully we were early so were able to get one booked. A bit stressful as we had a train to catch.

Breakfast was a disaster..staff standing around talking and joking and no plates and replacement food until asked.

The location is great, near to restaurants and shopping centre, in a walking distance. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.The breakfast is nice to have, but the children have to pay the half. The staffs are friendly.Overall its worth it

The air conditioner is not working, but luckily we can open the window all night and its not noisy at all.

Great breakfast, very Nice staff.

Need improvement on the cleanest.

This is my 3rd time staying at this place. Excellent location, clean room and most importantly this place holds very nostalgic memory for me. It’s very close Porte St.Joseph, closes to the grotte access.
