Location.

We were in room 308 and it smelled to high heaven. It smelled like a cat had Peed all over it. We immediately said something to the hotel staff all they did was pour a little disinfectant down three drains.

Well located

The bedroom needs to be updated for 4 star hotel and you need to provide a door to connect the parking area and the hotel

Location is great, not too far from the site but quite to live. Staff is very helpful in every shift that goes beyond customer service. Room are clean and new.

TV can't find the signal, the bathroom shower water can leak to dry area. Wall is too thin, noise from next room.

Hotel serves many disabled kids, who sometimes produce a lot of noise in the lobby.

Great location on the river. The unit was very clean and bright. Our buffet breakfast was good with many offerings.The bus stop was a short walk from the main entrance.

Room was quite small but was adequate for our stay.

The property is accessible to the Sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes. With a little walk, there are restaurants that offers various cuisines to choose from.

It is clean and walking distance to the grotto, close to restaurants. I like the fact that they are very organized in preparing for the breakfast table complete with your name.

Seems like the walls are thin. All the noises at the corridor. Our room was close to the stairs so it was very noisy when other people checked out. Also they are very late in cleaning our room.

For breakfast, there is a room separated from the big groups for individual clients or couples. The manager of the restaurant is tremendous. Despite the big groups and the big numbers of clients, the restaurant is super clean and the used table are cleaned and the table clothe changed as soon as client leaves.

Should have stayed longer

The staff at hotel Mediterranee were exceptionally... a very special mention to Krystel and Sergi, who went out of there way to look after us... It was an absolute pleasure to stay in the hotel and I would highly recommend the hotel.

Very satisfied, especially the receptionists. And the breakfast with different choices. Room is comfortable. Staff are very accommodating. Very good service.

Pleasant

Unfortunately we were staying in a room next to the lift so it was noisy. The breakfast was expensive and the choice of food wasn’t very good.

Breakfast was a great spread of options - all available as a buffet and more than enough to suit all options.The staff were great - I have not been here for about 9 years - but they recognised me immediately (before I even mentioned my name) - and gave me a great welcome that made me feel at home straight away.

Great location, room was spacious and quiet, showers were lovely! Great value

The foyer/bar decor wasn’t enticing or cozy to stay for a drink which was a shame

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by the kindest and sweetest receptionist. He gave us our rooms and explained all about the city and nearby highlights. The rooms were clean and smell amazing. Spacious, modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We had a small balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfast is delicious, plenty of food to choose from. Location is perfect, 10 minute walk from the Grotte, 2 minutes away from airport shuttle bus stop, close to restaurants and cafes. We will surely be back!

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel! Can't recommend it enough!

Location by river, friendly & helpful english speaking staff, close proximity to Sanctuary

One towel was not clean

It was centrally locally to the sanctuary and restaurants.

It was a bit noisy as we had the room overlooking the car park.

Location was good

Very dated decor, small room, balcony not really a balcony only a foot depth. No soundproofing so noise from outside and inside the hotel
