Cons -
- It¿s a dumpster.
- Small elevator. Had to make 2 trips with all my wife’s luggage.
- The clerks were stretched. Trying to check in people while working in the attached restaurant. We had just flown in from the states and they did not offer an early check in.

Since we came in by train the location was perfect. Loved the balcony. The bed was very comfortable.

Great location - courteous and helpful staff - comfortable room - decent breakfast
Did not have WiFi access/internetRooms - Electric outlets not conveniently located and enough in numbers
Conveniently located near the train station
Last train arrival at 1050+pm and we were lucky that the reception was still open. Need to let them know in advance that you'll be in late or risk losing your stay.
Immediate access to rail station and bus stops yet quiet in the evenings. Good breakfast and evening meals were good value and better quality than we experienced in the town centre. Nice views to Pyrenees from our balcony and friendly staff.
No concerns with the hotel or wider area which is truly beautiful but not sure we would stay in Lourdes again with it's tacky overly commercialised Christian dominated souvenir shops, busy restaurants and generally grubby feel to the town centre. Whilst the Sanctuary basilica is a stunning building it was depressing to see so many people seeking hope and participating in processions and mass. This and the adjacent town centre and 'bus them in' hotels gives a Disneyland theme park feel....it's not for me and such a shame for Lourdes which perhaps otherwise could have been a quality mountain resort?
Room comfortable. Restaurant good for evening meal, didnt take breakfast
Located in front of train station. Very fancy hotel.
No restaurants around. Hotel has a restaurants but limited menu and expensive. Some staff are relaxant to help and did not understand my needs.
The location is very convenient and the food in the restaurant is excellent.
Our room had a strong urine smell, which made it very unpleasant. We requested to switch to another room but were told that our room type was no longer available, and the only option was a smaller, older room. Since we were concerned the alternative might also smell, we asked to check it first—the front desk staff didn’t seem very pleased with this request. In the end, we had no choice but to accept the smaller, outdated room because the odor in the original was unbearable. Unfortunately, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff regarding the inconvenience. Overall, not a great experience.
We liked the ease of check-in/out.
The shelf under the sink holding the towels was not secure, and ended up breaking off when we placed our toiletries bag on it. We informed Front Desk immediately in the morning (it had happened around 23:00 as we were getting ready for bed), but no one had come to repair it throughout the rest of our stay.
Situated within walking distance from the hectic crowds but close walk to the Sanctuary. Clean and very nice. Sarah was so helpful. She went out of her way to help us in every way and did it with joy and a smile.
One of the rooms had a small closet for the toilet. Not part of the bathroom.
Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Very close to the bus stop to take us to Lourdes Grotto.
This elegant hotel is conveniently located near the train station which we needed for a quick trip to Paris and back. The hotel's upper balcony has beautiful views of the Pyrenees Mountain range. The hotel staff were very gracious and accommodating. The excellent breakfast offerings were extensive with fresh and dried fruits, juices, coffees and teas, a wide variety of cereals, rolls, pastries, apple strudel, breads, eggs, meats and cheeses.
The location and parking were our primary criteria for selecting this place to stay. In that regard, our expectations were met. Very convenient to visiting Lourdes and serving as a place to explore the area. Parking was plentiful and easily accessible. Was impressed with the stylish decor, and outside seating areas. Didn’t visit their restaurant so can’t comment on that.
The breakfast felt pricey for what one received- there was a lovely barista style coffee machine behind the bar that I saw staff use- to serve non buffet customers a cup of coffee- but we were relegated to the machine located with the buffet that made a poor cup of coffee. Witnessing that option made me feel like the “second class passenger”…The room had some sort of motion sensor night light bar on the floor that kept going off with no movement detected. A similar motion detection light feature was in the bathroom. I understand the need for safety- but the bathroom light was more of a flood light- filling our room with light. Neither of these were attractive features to what overall felt like an elegant hotel. Check in staff could improve on her “make the guests feel welcome” skills. While I wouldn’t say she was rude she was also not welcoming. Check out staff was very pleasant.
Location and grounds
Too much noise in the halls.People talking on the phone at 2 am
100 m from train station 1km from our lady of lourdes. Just nice first 1 night stay. Very very basic room without a hot water kettle

Proximity to train station and buses to the Grotto made this location perfect. Staff was great and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Hotel was very convenient to the train station and to the Sanctuary. Our third stay and recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a friendly and professional staff, clean accommodation and a pleasant time.
I choose the hotel because of the location, because we have a late train arrived at Lourdes.
The staff (I think she is the Hotel Manager) - She insisted that I should have called the emergency number, which I did. She is just blabbering.
