Exceptional hotel in a good location which was central to shops, restaurants and the grotto. Also, it was 200 metres away from the shuttle bus stop to the airport. In addition to these excellent facilities, the staff were friendly, professional and accommodating, in particular Gustav (the morning receptionist) and Mono (the night receptionist) whose help was invaluable.

shower was small and curtain did not protect the bathroom. there was a kettle, but only one disposable cup, one sachet of coffee, one of tea and no milk. I bought my own, and a ceramic mug.

The staff were very friendly. The location was excellent with a beautiful view of the funicular from our room. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel was very good value.

A small thing; the television did not have any English channels.

Breakfast was not that good. We stayed 2 days both the same menu. And kids didn't enjoy it.

Location was great. Room overlooked the river. Bed was comfortable and the check in was efficient. Parking was handy on the road outside which was handy as the parking advertised on site was already full.

Room was a tad dated. Shower screen was half missing so water made the floor slippery. Would have liked (and paid for) breakfast but they ONLY lay breakfast for those that have pre booked the day before. And they don’t seem to be able to accommodate guests who just turn up wanting breakfast who were not asked at check in if they wanted breakfast. Ended up walking about until we found a little cafe open and ate there.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were so clean and beds really comfortable. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels left daily. Shower is a bit small but it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good each morning.

Spider webs in the bathroom. Needed to be cleaned.

The hotel has a good view. It is located in a very strategic area, easy to reach, and very close to the sanctuary. There are many restaurant nearby.

The parking slot is not owned by the hotel. It is a public parking and we cannot reserve the slot. We need to be more patient to find the empty slot.

Disappointing

Reporting every day the stand of shower broken and never was fixed. Bathroom door had to make force to open. bath very high. Room with out air-condition while other rooms had. Breakfast was acceptable

Breakfast was good. Hotel very clean. Bed comfortable. Overlooking river. Great views. The staff are very VERY nice...good for them...the hotel should be proud...thanks to all.

We ordered a packed breakfast for one day. It was a bit meagre and just put in a bag, bread, cutlery and all. We would have expected the bread and croissant to be wrapped up at least. We must add that we were charged less for the packed breakfast...thank you Hotel Christina.Putting the 'Do not Disturb' sign on the door means we want nobody in our room. However, once someone did enter and put fresh towels we did not need. This did not happen again after informing reception.

U liked the location very near the basilica,hotel reception very nuce and accomodating,very clean they clean the room and change towels everyday

The property is an easy walk to all major attractions.

Reception is a bit dated. In addition they didn’t clean our room on the days we stayed. I had to look for the cleaners to get clean towels.

Great location with a view of Pyrenees at sunset and sunrise. Easy to find great for an overnight stay

The staff was amazing, Alexis the Director was attentive to all our needs. Joao and all the staff have a service orientation
