Secure parking in private garage. Very friendly and attentive service. Great location and very clean and comfortable room.

The location and breakfast were good. The area was very nice and enjoyed it very much even though we got a lot of rain.

We were not allowed to eat any food in the room. They do not serve supper so we had to go out every day even though it was pouring rain.

The location and the staff. This was the quickest check-in of my life, less than two minutes. We left a credit card in the room and front desk gave us options on what to do with the card. We forgot to pay taxes and they respectfully reminded us to pay.

The hotel is perfectly located, centrally, in proximity of bars, restaurants.Staff could not be more helpful and nice.The room was spacious, bathroom as well, full of natural light, good storage space, excellent bed, thick curtains blocking effectively the morning light.Good A/C, much needed with the recent heat wave (29⁰ at 21:30).Decent breakfast with a simple yet tasty selection of savoury and sweet items, incl hard boiled eggs. Coffee was not great though.Underground parking available which for a motorcyclist is much needed (5€ for a moto).For a stop over in Lourdes or even 2-3 nights this hotel would do just fine. Thank you!

The building is aged and so are the fittings and furniture, but fully functional, no funny odors.There's really nothing worth mentioning as negatives.

A great value for money hotel. Staff were v helpful . Breakfast more than adequate. Lift to the upper levels great for heavy luggage.

The hotel is perfectly located in Lourdes, and for 9 euro per day you can park your car at the hotel, with large parking spaces. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had enough choices for us. I would recommend this hotel for a short visit to Lourdes.

Friendly family run hotel. Owners were very welcoming. Had a nice view of the Pyrenees from my room. Hotel was in a quiet area, slept well.

Small walk up the hill to the hotel, but it wasn't a problem. Only ten minutes walk from the Grotto so it was worth the walk to escape the crowds...Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Breakfast was good , variety of the food . the owners are helpful , knowledgeable. Location is close to everything. It is possible to have a 3 course dinner . Hotel is located close to the market and walking distance from train station. very close to the hotel is an elevator can be use to go to sanctuary. I highly recommend the hotel .

A lovely stay in this lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. They could not have been more helpful. The hotel was very clean. Facilities were very good and a very good breakfast every morning. A little outside the main area of Lourdes, which we saw as a benefit but only a few minutes walk away, so still very close. We’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommend.

There was nothing.

Location excellent. Short walk to all the special sites in Lourdes. Hotel staff excellent. Room a good size and comfortable. Had tea making and fridge in room which we love. Parking on site at a cost but very convenient as we had a hire car. Breakfast ok. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent value for money. The room (including bathroom) was spacious and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect and within a short walking distance to the sanctuary.

It wasn't clear that we needed reception to activate the air conditioner in our room. The card machine also didn't work so we had to pay using cash.

Very accommodating staff who went the extra mile to help. Great location near several restaurants as well as a laundromat. Secure garage parking for my motorbike for an extra fee.

Only a single elevator which meant a delay at times, but this was only a small issue.

It was a simple but clean, friendly, spacious hotel. I’ve stayed here twice now and will return again. There’s a spacious garage for secure car and cycle storage.

We have stayed here before, and we love the rooms, the location, the breakfast and even the wine and dinner.

The lift was not working when Ed stayed, however the staff helped us with our bags to the room, which was very considerate of them.
