Close to the sanctuary.Good heating, clean , it had all I needed for comfort

Right at the centre of town. Near the Grotto and the gardens. Lots of good shopping (for souvenirs) and also restaurants. Convenient access to the ground floor due to elevator.

small rooms and no air conditioning available. The breakfast did not offer lots of choices. Not much space to put luggage due to small rooms.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, making it very convenient for sightseeing and visiting the holy sites. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with tips or questions. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a peaceful place to rest.

No 24/7 restaurant, but had vouchers. Another thing was overpriced parking lot at the hotel.

Incredible location next to St Joseph entrance to Lourdes Sanctuary, clean and a quick walk to shop or eat

The location and cleanliness.And I can keep my frozen food in their kitchen fridge, appreciate that.

The AC was not cold and there was no shampoo.

Minor niggles - milk should ideally be provided with the tea/coffee facilities in room and the toilet paper holder was a bit impractical.

Location and the staff were excellent. One of the largest and nicest rooms we have stayed in France.

The beds, in fact the floor, seemed to be slightly tilted to one side. The toilet needs grab bars, very handicap unfriendly.

Closeness to the sanctuary

We asked for a twin bed and when we arrived they had 3 single beds ! Then we found out toilet was not flushing told reception thy sent a maintenance guy and said it was broken so we went down to reception and said thy will change our rooms when we came back at 11pm a new person was on the desk and said the earlier shift did not say or put a note about the issue! We had to wait 45 min before he decided to give us a room ! When we moved to the room it was smaller and no towels ! He left us and i had to take all towels from the old room!!! I then went to the desk in the morning and complained it was a smaller room and about their communication process ! She said thy were fully booked and can not find a bigger room which we paid for ! No choice we had to stay in that room and was offered 2 days free breakfast and no discounts and apologies

Location was wonderful. Hotel was modern on the inside. Comfy beds, good size bathroom. Very clean. Get a higher floor for wifi.

WiFi as terrible in the floor I was on. Hotel was a maze with different elevators to go to different floors. Floor 1 was directly below the reception and restaurants. Very loud until midnight then loud at 5 am when they set up the restaurants. No safe either.

The location of as absolutely perfect

I personally didn’t have an issue in my room, but my friends could not get WiFi service in their room.

I really liked how close the hotel location was to the main entrance of Lourdes. The hotel in itself was comfortable and well-maintained.

I was moved to Hotel Saint Sauveur nearby, owned by same company. Staff were fine, as was room, quiet, clean and comfortable. Hotel St Rose has an excellent locked bicycle parking room with power to charge e-bikes, so highly recommend for cyclists.

The walk with my gear from one hotel to the other, whilst only about 200 metres, was a pain.
