Small thing - windows did not seem to open. Would have liked some fresh air in the room.

The hotel has an excellent location several short blocks away from the Basilica at Lourdes, a pilgrimage destination. The hotel staff were quite accommodating and helpful. The buffet breakfast had many options including cereals, breads, rolls, fruits, eggs, meats and cheeses. The hotel has all of the amenities, and the attentive staff needed to comfortably accommodate group travel.

Lourdes church was a walking distance and its very convenient

My second visit to this Hotel. I will be back and I totally recommend it. it is only 5 minutes away walking from the Sanctuary. Staff super friendly. Gave me a quite room (however neighbours were a bit loud in the morning, but it is not the hotel's fault) on the 4th floor.Hotel is clean. has a good restaurant and a good breakfast in the morning.When I return to Lourdes, I will be back at this hotel.

The staff was always available. The room was spotless and the location was great for us. We go to Lourdes every year and always stay at Mercure Hotel

Beds were uncomfortable. Too soft at the edges had me fall off the bed twice in the night. Have bruises. Breakfast was between 0600 to 1000. Came down at 0900 nothing left. Promised more within 10 minutes. It did not arrive. Had my fill of bread and cold cuts instead. Electricity tripped out when i got in the room. Had to call down to fix. Staff were friendly though.

Firmer and uniform mattress. More breakfast. Better electrics.

Staff very friendly on arrival and room was available early which was great with 36 degree heat. Good lunch was available.

The break was not good just adequate. The hotel needs a facelift not up to usual mercure standards but did the job..

For a Mercure hotel, to have paper cups in the room with no glasses or spoons to make drinks was very poor

Very friendly staff, great location . The hotel was very clean and the breakfast choices were extensive and excellent. We arrived way before check in and reception were very happy to take our cases and even rushed through our room which was then ready within 30mins!

We were half board for our 3 nights stay and had the same menu choices every night. The food was lovely but as we didn’t eat some things on it it would have been nice if it could have been alternated at least every other night. That being said there were other choices available off menu for an additional cost.

Clean and very accessible to Lourde Santuary

I booked with this hotel including with air conditioning.But aicondition us not on.My wife called the receprion because the room is hot.The reception said no aircondtioning this time.
