They actually upgraded me to another hotel since this one was packed I suppose. It was good though.

The entry cards were difficult to work with. The staff recognized the issue but there was little they could do about it.

8' Walking distance to Basilica, Massabielle Grotto, shops, restaurants, mart shops, etc.

People drive fast in narrow streets.

The staff were excellent, so helpful and happy to see you. Gave us information and evening procession candles and a map and ensured we had everything we needed for our short one day stop. Great location, it really is only a 5 minute stroll to the grotto. Hotel is modern, nice bar, lovely reception area. If you are going to Lourdes I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Can't think of anything. One review mentioned the lift, which is a bit lively but because of their review I was aware of it.

Nothing to like. The lift is going up quick just after close the doors and it’s make children cry when we use and it’s not in good condition. Lift door is open and close several times automatically before go up or down. The lift scared us.

Nothing to be like. Buffet finished when we came and they didn’t refill the empty foods.

the bathroom and toilet it’s not well designed the bidet it’s in a wrong place it should be in the toilet. the shower there’s should be a shower curtain water splashing allover the floor will ruin flooring in a long term I’m sure it would not suitable for people who cannot sit while showering like me who got knee problem. water temperature is very good. the bed is perfect

it’s close to the grotto and getting great assistance from the staff/reception, specially Ms Margarida - reception and a staff in dinning room which we can communicate with Portuguese Language.

it is fair however the toilet is without the air refresher

Staff were great rooms were not great, we got a room on the 8th floor 1st and the whole room was vibration with the air-conditioning unit on the room I had to change rooms to the 6th floor, no air-conditioning on this floor and rooms were very warm

There was old dirt in the corner of the room, and an old medication pack when I moved the bed

Room is hot, (no fan ) uncomfortable bed. Noise from the road. The toilet bowl is shaky (lose screws)

That I could park and charge the mobility scooter I hired at reception.

No air conditioning in the room. At the time I was there a problem with WIFI occurred.

The rooms were small. The bathrooms outdated.There were no amenities.No selection of food. The breakfast was plain.

lovely staff, had a bath which was great. great location and nice bar. also nice towels and shower gel.

The hotel lobby was gorgeous, however the bedroom was cramped, kept banging my legs off the end of the bed as there was not enough room to go around. The bathroom was a let down for a 3 star hotel, I hate when there is not a proper shower, just a shower head in the bath, could do with a update. Had a 3 night stay and only got clean towels once, and had to ask for toilet paper as it was not replaced, having said all that, it was good value for money

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here for 11 nights! The team is splendid and supremely helpful ? Pet friendly hotel!!!! Our dog Mona was very happy ?

Amazing space at reception. We were in different rooms so would regroup downstairs and chat, play cards, talk. The space was big so almost felt private. Decor is amazing. Staff absolutely amazing. Very very helpful.

Amenities old. The rooms need a good refurbishment- dated decor inside the room.

Staff are welcoming, obliging and very helpful. Lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again when I return, recommend for sure as its proximity to the sanctuary and grotto is five minutes. Thank you ?
