Small room, need updating

Best view of the Sanctuary from the room window. We also had connecting twin rooms, with separate T&B. It is very close to the souvenir shops and the Sanctuary. Walking distance from the train station, but if you have luggages, might as well get a cab for convenience. We were also able to leave our luggage on check-out day.

Late check-in, there was a large group of pilgrims leaving/arriving on the day we were there (October 15). Only one elevator, so had to wait awhile to use it for our luggage. We used the stairs more often.

Amazing location and the ability to pay for parking out front. The room was huge, too! Great rolladen and ac for comfort.

The only thing we didn’t like was that it was dirty. Hairs still all over the bathroom. It is dated, the beds weren’t the best but for the price that wasn’t unexpected.

The location was excellent. Very convenient to walk to the Shrine. Had to pay for Continental Breakfast. It was good. There was a bar open till late night, although I did not make use of it. The staff was very helpful.

The building is quite old. Elevators could be better.

very close to the sanctuary and grotto, even my room is so special, i open the window and the view is basilica and river, so amazingthe staff is so friendly and help us a lot, merci ?

We stayed there during a visit to the Sanctuary. It's right next to it and that's its main advantage. Would only recommend staying here for one night.

We paid for a breakfast that was extremely limited, unacceptable.

Lourdes is a pilgrimage town and you do not go there looking for luxury. La Source is an old hotel, but has all one needs to be comfortable. It is also very near the grotto and the basilica.

The hotel was so good I actually decided to spend an extra night there. The staff is incredibly helpful, so kind and always smiling, polite, ready to help with any piece of advice. Comfortable beds, great views, clean, perfect location! When I go back to Lourdes, I will definitely stay at this hotel again, strongly recommended!

we stayed on the 7th floor room 703,every evening for 2 nights, the toilet room STANK, like the smell was coming from a broken drainage pipe then 1 morning there was no hot water while wife was taking a shower.

Excellent location! Near the entrance of the sanctuary and there’s a lot of shop and restaurants outside the hotel. The bus stop going to the train station is just Infront of the hotel

A. The curtains aren’t blackout curtains so when it sunrise at 5:30am your basically awakeB. Pillows and Bed is very uncomfortable to sleep inC. Breakfast was awful. I understand it’s a typical French breakfast- but they served 2 types of bread, yogurt, 1 type of cheese, 1 type of ham, 1 type of fruit (orange) and coffee maker. Even eggs they don’t serve as breakfast. I just cancelled my breakfast the next day and they refunded me.

The location is great, you can find free street parking in Rue de Pau easily (in April).

Room cleaning crew entered the locked room twice without knocking at 9 AM, the hotel also has an early checkout time, additionally, I'm not sure if the facilities even have Wi-Fi as we weren't able to connect to anything. Average rooms with good location, few experiences really ruined the overall feel of the stay and made us feel not safe.

I like the location of the hotel. It's very close to the sanctuary and st. Bernadette's house. Staff is helpful. Bathrooms need more care.

I was given a room on the 7th floor. It has a very beautiful view of the sanctuary and the river.... however the bathroom has a very bad smell I think from the sewage. I asked for another room. This time there was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. It was only the first night because they fixed it later. I think the hotel should change the shower's door because it's quite hard to close tight.

Location is very near sanctuary, but a little far from train station, so expect to take taxi if you have luggages.

Nice, clean and functional room. My room had an excellent view of the Sanctuary of Notre Dame de Lourdes, the Fort and a small river running in front of it.The hotel has a lift.If you are planning on visiting the Sanctuary of Notre-Dame de Lourdes, you can't find a better place. Absolute value for money.Private parking available in front of the hotel for €7. This is a huge plus point.Breakfast available for €8... however breakfast was average.
