the man in charge of the reception is lovely & very helpful

OK so there is no wifi in the rooms but on the first floor

The surronds in Lourdes are pleasant and cool and walking is healthy in the altitude [1000 foot ]. The area has a sense of calm except for the vehicles in traffic. The staff were very understanding when I lost my passport and banking I.D prior to my arrival. Management offered financial advice and help which was accepted.

No complaints, no regrets. I received what I paid for. I extended my stay longer.

There is no wifi at all and they lied to me that they provide wifi. And my sim has no range inside the flat.

The staff was very friendly and the location was brilliant and the property was very clean also they were very helpful for any inquiry I had

The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. He was running all over the places to give us the room on time, the location was super close to the Lourdes Sanctuary, but..... the room was very small, hardly to walk, the carpet was dirty, bathroom was so small that it was almost impossible to take a shower or go to toilet. In general we didn't expect the high standard as we knew what it can looks like but the standard was below expectations unforunatelly.

Close to the railway station ; for people with large qty of luggage ,, it’s easy to walk up n down to the railway station in 5mins

Electric room heater not working at night - I think they are switching off to save electricity ..WiFi never worked Lift stopped in the middle twice ; bit scary ; lift switch need a punch to put it ON

Location: very close to the Sanctuary parish where St Bernadettewas baptised, , train station, shops.

Shower drainage

I booked a room with 2 double beds and a balconies. We were originally given 1 double bed. The staff was able to switch me to a 3 single bed room. It also appears that nearly, if not all, of the rooms do not have balconies.

Very good location. Quite place in this busy town. So close the the Church, to the downtown and to the train & bus stations.

Staff were friendly and frank about the expectations of their hotel.

Possibly better cleanliness and having a small TV.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Binoy at the front desk made sure I was comfortable and was very chatty and attentive. The location within Lourdes and proximity of the Sanctuary was fantastic for the price paid (compared to other hotels in the area) and I would most definitely stay here again!

The beds could have been ever so slightly better but the only thing is that I wish I stayed longer!

The property was only about 100m from Lourdes, but the place was very very very very bad inside..

I like nothing about the property. It was dirty, there was a double bed and twin in the room, the mattress should’ve been drawn out long time ago.. my husband called the place faulty towers, and the man that run it was hardly never there. so no, I would not stay in that properly again. Two people left their room that booked in but did not stay.

Close to the Sanctuary,24 hours access to the hotel, very helpful staff,great value of money. As a solo female traveller I felt safe to stay in this place.

This property,is very run down ,the only good thing I can say about it ,is that the beds were clean.theres so much wrong with it .advertising a restaurant,that they didn’t have .!!!

It was clean, inexpensive, great location, friendly staff

It van be a bit noisy in the night and Some hot water problem on the arrival but solved quickly, maybe some cup or kettle would make it perfect

Great value for money. Clean, comfortable, very close to the sanctuary. Binoy on reception very helpful, friendly, and speaks perfect English. Was able to safely park my bike right outside.

In booking.com, the check in time is at 12, but we were put in the room at 1 clock and we were rushed.they are change by another hotel.

Cleanliness. And also the balcony door was not proper to lock.
