Very welcoming and helpful. My flight was so early in the morning and they helped me with contacts of a taxi driver who picked me up on time and dropped me at the airport. Would definitely visit again:)

The shower was too tight with black curtains. A bit dark when showering. No ventilation in bathroom but windows can be opened.

Great location from train and Lourdes basilica/ sanctuary. Good hot/ cold water for shower. An old building and room configuration but good enough for short stays. Thankful for the old but working lift which is a big deal for heavy luggage in tow.

Bathroom is a little tight but manageable. I wish check-in time is earlier than 3PM. Nothing major to complaint about.

Value for money, Situated at centre Railway/Bus Station and Sanctuary.

Location is bit hilly, But no issue

Conveniently located about ten minutes to the train station and fifteen minutes to the Sanctuary by walking. Quiet, clean, and comfortable accommodation. Good breakfast.

Don't be fooled by first impressions. Although this hotel is obviously old, it is a fine place to stay. It is clean and comfortable and has an elevator (always a bonus). The staff could not be more helpful and even gave me a cup of coffee in the morning even though I did not have the breakfast. The location is ideal, far enough away from the crowds, but still just a 10 minute walk from the train station, 10-15 minutes from many restaurants, and 15-20 minutes to the Lourdes Sanctuary or to the Chateau Fort Museum up on the hill. The La P'etit Boulange is only a few blocks away and offers baked goods, sandwiches, and coffee (very useful since not much else is open early in the morning). I walked everywhere over two days. if you're looking for luxury, this hotel would not be it. But it is just fine and at a great price. I would stay there again.

The location is ok about 500 meters from the sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes.

The front desk that is not so nice especially the guy who makes the guest feel not welcome. Asians beware. The front desk guy prefers Caucasians talks to them more nicely.

Hotel is an old one for sure and dated but its understandable that to make a full renovation is a great amount of money. I see that they do their best in that building

The hotel was close to the Sanctuary of Lourdes. Close to restaurants and train station. The reception people were so nice and helpful to suggestions about the time and what to do in Lourdes. They offered us tea and water.

The location was excellent for my needs as I wanted to be quite central with restaurants nearby and yet to be walking distance to the Sanctuary of Our Lady. I was very pleased with the reception who were willing to answer my queries and helpful in giving me directions including what attractions were nearby such as the Fort and the Funicular. Although I arrived early the hotel was kind enough to let me check in after checking that there was a clean room available. The hotel did serve breakfast at a very reasonable price. It was simple but satisfying.

The hotel is small and very budget friendly so there was nothing that made me unhappy.

They were very hospitable and let us check in early after a long train ride! The beds were really comfortable!

Hotel du Commerce et de Navarre is what you expect: a cozy little hotel, near the main sites of the city. Furniture is a bit outdated, yes, but the bed is comfortable with TV and fan, staff is always very nice and polite and the breakfast was good for the price. This is what we were looking for, a cheap place to spend a couple of nights!

Simple, comfortable, and great location. The staff was able to check me in as soon as I arrived, allowing me to make the most of my 24 hrs in Lourdes. My room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. The breakfast was a great price and filling. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Lourdes.

The staff was really helpful, they allowed me to check in almost 3 hours early. The communication with them was prompt and good. The breakfast the next day was very good.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was excellent and so was the value. The staff was kind and friendly. They also accommodated us with our late arrival. It was also very clean.

Three of us slept very well and our beds were comfortable. One of us had a single bed with a broken spring and he couldn’t get comfortable. Also there was no fan nor air conditioning which I didn’t mind because we could open the windows for fresh air.

The hotel is zoned by a family and they are very nice and accommodating

Walking distance from train station and very sweet family ran the hotel.

Street noise all night so couldn’t keep the window open. There was a smellOfCleaning products in the room.
