It’s decent and clean

Not a good area for people with limited ability to walk.Good for young people but not to older ones specially with problems with knees.

The room is not too big but there was still enough space for 2 people with 2 big medium luggages. Hotel location is very closed with Sanctuary, especially Porta saint Michael. They have a plenty space to park your car. It is also nearby with the local bus station if you want to explore the city by bus. Walking distance with restaurants and Bernadette's House. Elevator is a big plus for us as well. Nice view from Balcony.

There is no water bottle in the room.

For people going to Lourdes for a pilgrim, you can’t go wrong with this place as you’re are a stone’s throw away from the sanctuary and it’s really calm at night. The staff is so kind too.

Staff were very accomodating. Short walk to the grotto

Walls are paper thin. Guests slam the doors and guest upstairs were playing basketball I think. Shower stall are too narrow Good luck if you drop the soap.

Very small rooms. Clean. Good sleeping comfort. Good wifi. Reception and ok breakfast at neighbour hotel across yard. Pay parking just outside. Google map inaccurate. Go towards St Michael entrance at pilgrom site and cross bridge towards east and down to quay and left in small street bh efore Italian resto - tjen you are there. Pay park between 09:00-19:15. Nice and helpful staff.

Not clean. It says parking available, however it was not.

Highly recommend for TET riders. Safe motorbike parking, including washing facilities for your bike, fairly priced with perfect access to local bars and restaurants

Breakfast was not bad,although the croissant is very limited one per person . But other than that I'm happy

During our first day ,the reception was so accommodating.however on the second day the guy who attended was not very helpful and we feel that we are not welcome.

No frills hotel but with lovely staff and great location.

Hotel from Hell

The room is so small two persons cannot move. The shower is so small you cannot close the door when inside the shower. When leaving the room you have to bang the door shut to enable the door to lock, this is how all the doors are locked, each time a guest locks a door you are woken with a shudder. Hotels of such low quality should not be allowed to be in business. Bookings.com should go and have a look at thees places. We stayed 3 nights there was only half a toilet paper roll no more.

Great location

Unfortunately the room was so hot in room 113 and no windows at all it was terrible night to sleep and the weather was 92 degree.

Very motorcycle friendly. Garage to lock up bike and do maintenance; they even let me borrow a hammer. Room did everything it was supposed to do.Location very central and easy to find.Staff - really helpful and friendly.Will not go anywhere else when I visit again.

Its on a quite road and not too far to walk to the Grotto

There was no keetle to boil water for tea or coffee

Breakfast was excellent, dinner was excellent. Location perfect.

Carpeting in the corridors is somewhat aged.

Room very small for 2 people ,mattresses on beds not good and toilet and shower room very small

The breakfast was good. However, some items were cold e.g. the eggs. Suggest also to keep warm milk for the cereal. The view from the room was very beautiful. The room was warm and cozy.

The Wifi in the room was not working and kept getting disconnected other than that everything else was good.

closeness to the Shrine and grotto and the people at the hotel were very nice.

in America we have wash cloths to use to wash our faces, but that’s just a cultural thing and everything at the Hotel was so good.

Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast was just ok.
