Staff was not cooperative at all, and they tried to steal money from me. When I booked the hotel, the site crashed and had accidentally booked me for two rooms. When I explained this to the person at the front desk, they told me I would have to coordinate with the manager who for some reason was unreachable during the entirety of my 4 day stay, but somehow was reachable enough to decline a refund. I was most certainly not going to pay for 2 rooms when I only requested one, and when it was their fault their site wasn’t working properly. They did not want to reimburse me, so I escalated the affair to booking.com and my bank in order to get refunded (which ended up happening). Overall did not have a good experience with this hotel, which is really a shame since I tried to handle matters in the most civil way possible. But I will not be stolen from and especially not from dishonest people! I recommend staying anywhere else in Lourdes so you don’t deal with inconveniences like these while you’re traveling, because I’m sure I’m not the only person this has happened to.

The room and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was a nice walking distance to the Sanctuary and La Grotto. It is close to self-service laundromat.

Great central location with easy free parking nearby and breakfast/dinner options right outside the front door. Great value. Short walk to most places.

Its good location for my purpose of staying/ being in the area. Close to the train station. The reception was helpful. Bin emptied everyday.

The room was located on top of the stairs, and you can really hear loud guests. There was no soundproofing, can easily hear when the guest next room is using their bathroom.

The pictures on the site looked way better than what we got. Very small. We expected something better.

This budget hotel met my expectations. I stayed here on my first pilgrimage in 1981. If you book here don't expect all the lavish things from a more expensive place. The room was the right size as I was travelling alone. I had a balcony that looked out over the street which was nice in the early evening and at night to think about the days events. The bathroom left a lot to be desired though. I was small and cramped and the tiling on the floor by the toilet were loose. It did smell a bit foisty. But remember its a BUDGET hotel. I soon got used to the bathroom. There is no kettle at all. There is a TV but i didn't really use it. Bed was comfy.There is a lovely café right next to the hotel and their food was delicious and a good price too.accessibility wise, wheel chair users I don't think would be able to stay her, the corridors are tight and the lift I don't think would fit a wheelchair in.It is about 10-15 min walk to the domain which is all downhill. Coming back at the end of a long day was a bit of a slog.So overall I would really rate this for solo travellers or those who come on a tight budget. WI-FI is available I think is free.Thank you Duchesse Anne for a lovely stay. My pilgrimage was on full of a miracle for me.

Location is 2 minutes walk to the lourdes sanctuary. Nice quiet room on a market street, plenty of restaurants and shops just next to you. Easy parking for my motorcycle.

No strong dislikes. Breakfast had to be arranged the day before.

Location was far from perfect! logistically central to all attractions. The people at the property were always there for us and also went out of thier way to help and accomodate us.

We were told that we are going to have 2 single beds and a double bed whilst actually we had only a double bed and a bunk bed. Also the lift does not stop at the level but mid way so you have to lift the luggages all the time.

The property was really close to the sanctuary which is the purpose of our trip.

The hotel was old and the sheets were a few shades off white.

Nothing filthy hotel rude staff

Everything a filthy hotel was very rude stuff we were covered in bites from bedbugs, disgusting never to return again, ever worst experience of my life
