Hôtel Peyramale

Its location being about half a mile from Lourdes Grotto is more quieter as away from all other hotel yet very accessible

Noises from next room and above room can be heard, single beds are too small

Very close to the main attractions of the city.

Could be cleaner. I've found a bunch of hair on the supposedly "clean" towel left in my room. At night other guests would open the fire escape door down the corridor to smoke and the smell would creep into my room.

the room was comfortable. Breakfast was great and the lady at the breakfast room was excellent

the staffing. The lady at the desk is awefull.

The quietness in the room was unmatched. Stayed in the hotel 2 times and both times slept like wood? The beds and rooms are super cozy. The location is superb, very close to the sanctuary and near the river. The facilities are not the newest, there is no kettle and hairdryer. But if you want the quietness, this is the place!

The room was on the top floor and I appreciate it's an old building but the room door wouldn't stay closed unless I locked the door. It would just pop open. The floor was actually sloping from one side of the room to the other. Breakfast was poor

It's location was ok but if you have pains it's a bit far to walk

The carpet on the stairs was filthy. The shower was mean for a child so small could not get in to it.

My room was not properly cleaned the bathroom was not cleaned either I'm not sure it was cleaned before i even arrived cause i saw a soap bar which someone else had used there. Sheets were not changed either . The cleaning staff are very noisy during their morning rounds walls are pretty thin ,really old hotel with some parts of the walls peeling off. Musty carpeting .

Location, Temperature control in the room

The location was very close to the Lourdes Sanctuary' many restaurants around the area.The staff was helpful in getting me a taxi to the train station.

Nothing really, because I only stayed for a night, and I did not expect a lot with that price.

Simple, clean, great value and close to the Lourdes gate - 8 min drive walk/

The room shown on the pictures is not the same room I got. It was very outdated, old room and furniture. I won’t go back there

Very old and outdated bedroom, furniture, and bed. The pictures on booking.com do not match the bedroom that I got

The hotel is old, but everything works. The staff was very helpful and fluid in Spanish. The beds were too soft but comfy, rooms have an old heating system, but works like a charm. Warm blankets, spacious room.

It’s old, very old. But it’s a common thing in the area, there are not modern hotels in Lourdes. Hotel has no parking and public parking is veeeery expensive.

Staff were nice and did what they could It was 7 min walk to the sanctuary

It was not very clean. First night the bathroom smelled like pee. They changed us rooms then the second night the bathroom trash bag was left on the toilet seat making me wonder if they actually finished cleaning the room. The mattress were not very comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend

Clean and quiet location -where we are the window overlooking the river is amazing site to watch especially upon waking up with sun rising .

Complimentary facilities lacking as basic provision to general accomodation like hairdryer and hot beverages facility.But internet is brilliant.
