Good location, close to sanctuary.

No free parking provided. Called customer service at night to buy water bottles at the bar, no body showed up. Charge city tax $1.70 per person per night. There were 3 of us, and they charged 4. Lead manager did not speak English. Deserves 3 star or less.

Staff were great. The hotel was located close to The Sanctuary. Breakfast was average.

The room and furniture was a bit dated.

Taxi did not arrive however TLP bus is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and cheaper option going to LDE airport.

The staff was really friendly

The room did not feel clean. The rug looked and felt dirty, as well as the bathroom.

I did not breakfast. Food at lunch was good. room 1st class.

The location is perfect for families visiting the Grotto. The staff is amazing and the room and the room service is awesome.

The only downside is the breakfast, lunch and dinner onsite. Unfortunately this is not up-to the mark, to be honest for 15 euros per head one can get better breakfast outside. I suggest the hotel really evaluate the food options as the near buy ones provides superior food options for similar rates

The staff was invaluable, and the locations were great. However, the breakfast was not great. The plates were not cleaned, and the food looked like it was from the day before. Also, the staff's customer service was not helpful on the cateringng floor.

Our first experience at Hotel Astrid exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The room and facilities were delightful, and the breakfast was top-notch. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hotel's prime location, just a short 3-minute walk from the Grotto Sanctuary. This convenience was especially beneficial for our family, including my 83 year old mom. The staff's helpfulness further enhanced our visit, leaving us eager to return. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Astrid to anyone planning a trip to Lourdes.

Location ideal. Breakfast was good.

Bar was badly stocked. Bar person has no people skills. I'd sack him in an instant.

I didn't have breakfast...but the location was very convenient to visit sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Because of this location I liked the place.I liked Assia..she was a great and helpful person.

The hotel was wonderful. The location was amazing and the facilities were great.

We did request a room with shower only for my elderly parents so they dont have to step into a bath but our request wasnt met which was a little disappointing.

Location was good for our pilgrimage and locating family members in other hotels.

Not a very friendly, welcoming hotel. Breakfast items not always replenished even when asked. My husband was injured when a chair he was sitting on broke just before we were due to leave. Phoned reception twice before someone came up to see him. Reception staff very blasé about the incident which really shook up my husband after he'd struggled to get up. Person on reception thought it was funny and reassured us not to worry about the chair!!! No first aid. I asked for ice packs which they didn't have. A member of staff brought 2 plastic bags up later filled with ice. Very disappointing. They just weren't bothered.

The Location to Lourdes, Close to everything. Beautiful view of the mountains.

THe AC didn't cool the room off as well as I liked it to.

Perfect Location for everyone, its quite but is a short flat walk to the grotto area. Would def stay here again if I return.

Breakfast was cold, should really have a microwave at hand.
