It is very convenience to go places from this hotel, good price, good room and nice people.

Excellent location, good breakfast, helpful staff, very quiet and clean room.

It was very clean and very accommodating. The staff was so so helpful and friendly. I'll definitely come back to Grand Hotel d'Espagne!I especially loved coming home from a long day to made beds and tidied room.

Lady at reception was super nice!Hotel is in a lively and safe area of Lourdes, close to the sanctuary. Can easily walk back late at night.Delicious burger from the restaurant downstairs as well ?

location was beautiful setting.Friendly staff the 2 ladies at the reception during the day were helpful,courtious, and friendly.

We had a room for 3 and was not satisfied with the toilet no air circulation and cramped. Improvement of the toilet will be very helpful.

Location. Like the River view and walking distance to everything.

Very basic motel with little supply. Noise from downstairs throughout the night.

The bathrooms are very good and clean.

The breakfast needed more variety of meats and cheeses as well as vegetables for international customers.

Small rooms and relatively older

Location was great.

The room was not great at all! Smelled and was so hot. The bed was decent at least. The staff was mostly great but one woman was a bit snippy and rude. To be expected at times. No AC and man is it hot because it gets afternoon sun.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially the lovely waiting ladies in the dining room. The coffee served in earthenware jugs was wonderful with refills in abundance if required

Breakfast is quite limited with only two choices of cereal and shortage of variety of fruit.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They placed us in a room we wanted with the same price as the "mistakenly" booked room.

I didn't like that you have to imagine ... specifying when booking the room, whether you want a room with a bidet or not! Also, you need to specify if the river view is with a balcony or not. Both options seem to have different prices!

The food is good, the staff are nice and friendly, the views are fantastic

The sound proofing between rooms should be much better.Poor selection of cereals at breakfast

The location.

For American AC is very important, specially for summer time. the fan helped, but we missedthe AC. I believe you should charge more Tom people that want to have AC in their room. All other things were fine.
