Perfect location. A couple of minutes walk from the train station and the steps that lead down to the Grotto.Fabien was attentive, polite, and hospitable.The breakfast was sufficient and typical continental style. Pastries, meats and cheeses, cereals, fruit, eggs, and petite sausages.

Most comfortable bed we've slept on in a hotel.

Windows aren't soundproofed, so we could hear all noise coming from the outside, including cars passing by early in the morning.

We are not informed that there will be repair or construction on our floor. So we cannot go to our room during daytime. Equipments cluttered outside our room. Too noisy to take a nap. So much dust inside the room. No AC during month of October. So expect warm room during this month.Too noisy if you open the windows. We are not able to sleep well.

Room was very small and 10 minutes walking from the sanctuary - if you are disabled it’s not the best option I’d recommend to be closer to the sanctuary there are many options

It was too hot and we couldn’t turn on the ac, it would only blow out hot air.

Friendly hotel receptionists, 24 hours reception, nice room and quiet, simple French breakfast, parking on site (additional charge).

No fresh fruits available for the breakfast.

1. Staff was very helpful, and responded promptly to our requests, and resolved issues.2. Shower wall has a strong grab bar to prevent falls3. Shower faucet was mounted firmly so can be grabbed on to prevent falls4. Location is closest walking distance to the train station5. There's an eatery across the street that opens till 1am6. USB-C power outlet on both sides of the bed7. TV can tune to US channels

1. Shower has no door! Only a half-width sidewall made with strong plastic2. Shower floor is somewhat slippery3. Bathroom door opens outward so blocks the narrow entry into the room4. Hair dryer (in bathroom) didn't work, so staff provided a plugin one.5. Toilet seat is loose.6. Toilet paper holder is so close so tough to pull on while sitting7. Room keys (cards) didn't work multiple times, so staff had to reset.8. Room looks tiny, crampy9. We visited the Sanctuary multiple times daily, and this hotel is somewhat far in walking distance

It is very near to Lourdes train station and was easy to find. very clean hotel eventhough some facilities are not very new..There are few restaurant near the hotel and a mini supermarket. Around 10 to 15 minutes walk to the sanctuary. 24 hours receptionAnd .. good breakfast!!

The room was pretty warm in the late night as the AC was not working . I hv to come down to infirm the staff as there was no phone facility inside the room

room doors are very heavy my wife could not open need to think about people with some medical condition.

I had 2 booking and I'm asking a refund back as both of the rooms you could not sleep as there was still fresh paint inside of the room

The location was close to the Shrine

The female member of the staff was not as polite. The room was not properly clean as it had a someone else's sock underneath our bed. The hotel was under construction and it smelled and they didn't even notify us about this before we booked. The pictures do not compliment in real life and the breakfast was a dissapointment as it only had few items.
