Also the evening receptionist (sorry I didn’t catch your name) gave super recommendations for restaurants. The room was very modern, comfortable with an epic view of the mountain side, river and the castle. Also the door open at night lets you hear the river. Amazing stay. Thank you so much for making my time in Lourdes so special.

Everything was great. When we called reception for 2 cups of hot water they brought us a kettle, tea bags, coffee etc. Wonderful breakfast only $10. Hot and cold, with pastries, cereals fruit etc. Very helpful and friendly staff

They advised dinner for € 20 and charged us € 36 for dinner , two different types of sittings area for dinner service me and my wife felt like second class citizens ?, same treatment for breakfast

No sockets available near bed. One available on opposite side of room (around 3.5m from beside, so terrible for charging phone overnight, if phone wanted near to bedside). Not in the best state of decor (but passable, given the price). Add ons charged by hotel were extortionate, eg 1.5L of Cristaline Mineral Water was €4! This is outrageous, considering it costs 0.50 cents in a supermarket.
Very helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable. Air-conditioning could be set to the temperature wanted.Very good breakfast!

The room was too small , one outlet to plug you phone and too far from the bed. No freeze, no Iron, and the carpet in the hallway 6 floor need to be replace. Far away comparison from USA 4 Stars Hotel.
