Very good location. Near the Basilica and Grotto. Near restaurants. If we need ice, we can request from front desk.

Providing a small fridge, access to tap water to drink. Not the hotels fault but they can recommend transportation to guests coming in for a reasonable fee since uber is not available and taxi kind of hard to get. Maybe an fyi to guests

Not sure how I earned it but very much liked that they upgraded us to a suite upon arrival! The bed was firm but very comfortable for my back. Shower had great pressure and the showerhead had a nice "spray," Towel warmer/room heater in bathroom was very toasty. Very friendly reception people able to speak multiple languages. Easy distance for walking to the Sanctuaries.

Would've liked softer toilet paper but it was on par for France.

Modest hotel with a great location and superb staff.

Parking was a bit of a challenge, but this was primarily due to our inability to follow directions.

Location, location, location. Having stayed at the Hotel Eliseo several years ago, we already knew where were going to stay during our recent 2-night stay. Located short walk away from the Grotto of the Apparitions and multiple restaurants we feel it's the perfect place to stay when in Lourdes. The Hotel Eliseo is well maintained, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel and restaurant staff is also very professional, friendly, helpful, and seemed to appreciate us being their guest.We found that the breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the food was fresh and delicious.The on-site parking is a definite plus and convenience.

My wife and I cannot think of anything we did not like about our stay at this hotel.

The person at the counter refused to help us with parking. I e mailed before we arrived , one person said there is 1 space available in the morning but the lady in the morning said he was not telling the right info.

The friendliness of the staff, the welcoming smile, the beautiful ambiance of the lobby, very good location, clean room, clean, nice smelling towels.

Location is great and parking perfect (remember to pre-book a space as they are limited.) Staff were helpful. Room served its purpose.

This is more a knock on all the hotels. Breakfast is extremely limited (but think all hotels in Lourdes offer the same) - is a place that makes omelettes on the main souvenir shop road about 3-5 minutes away.

Spectacular. Everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable—just a three-minute walk from the sanctuary, you really can’t get any closer. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff provided excellent service. Definitely a highly recommended experience. Very clean and feels brand new. Everything was in excellent condition and well maintained.

Location is short walking distance to St Joseph entrance of Sanctuaire Notre Dame de Lourdes. Clean linens and towels, comfortable beds. Good facilities, buffet breakfast and hotel parking garage, available.

It is very close to the grotto at Lourdes. Staff kept our luggage early for us before check in time and they also called us an affordable taxi to the airport when we left. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking some trees and we sat amd watched birds.

More comfortable bed would have been appreciated

A/C didn’t work the second night even after telling the reception that it was t functioning.Breakfast was poor
