Easy to find, nice location, lifts up to floors, out door and underground parking. Lovely staff.

Nothing not to like

Great room, loads of space, lovely and warm! Easy to park, close to town and lots of options for breakfast. Dog friendly which was brilliant and much appreciated. Staff were lovely. Best night of our three night journey from the Uk to Spain.

It was close to the Sanctuary, clean, helpful staff, especially Alina.

It was situated at the top of a very steep hill. There was a lift to assist but this was closed in winter when we were there.Also because there were so few guests there was no real warm breakfast, just pieces of bacon and sausage on individual plates to be put in a micro. Same for scrambled eggs. So while the breakfast was adequate it did not look appealing. A tip to management might be to state that winter time only cold cuts would be available and guests would be fore warned.

Be aware that off season there are very few places to eat in the evening & the hotel dining room is closed on a Saturday evening.

The fact that the rooms don't have AC in them. We booked two rooms, and we were provided with a fan.

Really close to the Lourdes sanctuary. Property was clean and tiny.

The lift stopped working the second day so it was a struggle walking up and down the stairs. Last day , we had someone come inside our room even though we had the do not enter sigh.we were all asleep so it was uncomfortable.

Close to the sanctuary.

No exhaust in the bathroom. It smells when somebody using the toilet. We have to open the door window blinds to get the smell out to neutralise the air. The bed is too low and uncomfortable. The room is dated.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A nice traditionel hotel within easy walking of the main sights. We had a large room with very comfy beds. Heat was easily adjustable. Shower was perfect. Breakfast trully excellent.

Expected a better view but only level 1 was open due to the low tourist numbers in November.

Good location and the breakfast was good and basic, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The room is poorly lit; it's very dim. There's a telephone, but it didn't work. The bathroom, with its separate shower, should at least have a trash can and better lighting.

Staff is very helpful,I have to contact local courier and having some problem with the courier company that not pick up my luggages to send back to Paris , then I have to catch the train from Paris back to Loudres again in next 24 hours ,she is really support & very kind full of service mind

The cutlery was dirty at breakfast not once but every morning, and the toaster didn't work you had to use your finger to keep it down

No restaurant in hotel open like other nearby hotels, this hotel is on high up the road .

Lovely clean comfortable room.

We would have liked a small bar fridge in our room as we were carrying medication that needed to be kept cold. Also perhaps a curtain or blind to cover the window as only a net curtain and people could see in when the light was on.

Very good price/value ratio. Rooms were clean, bathroom a bit older, but clean. Breakfaat very simple.as a bread just 2 bagueytes, no really choices. Staf polite, helpful. Positive is position. Just 5 mins by walking from sanctuary area.

Dissatisfied with the breakfast, waiting for food so long as run out from the food warmer tray , they serve only sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs. Also not topping up breads like croissants, drinking water run out of coffee and cups . Their bread toaster home small size you need to push down and keep pushing it down until your bread toasted. What so embarrassing standing and waiting for them to top it up their food . Spoke to one staff and ask when they will top up food as I am still waiting but no answer from him as he doesn't understand English and unable to speak. Then I speak to the lady who can speak and understand a little English and ask about food , and she said to me just wait. It was bad experienced me My family and especially to my 2 friends because I booked this hotel and it happened like this that we never expect and experience. Its very poor management, lack of staffing. This hotel unable to cope for large volumes of guest.

Another bad experience is the cleanliness of this hotel.We booked 3 bedrooms, for my family and friends. In one room, where my wife and my two sons stay in one room together, onother room where I stay with my eldest son and last room , our two friends stay together. On my wife's room where she have seen bed bugs and both her and my son bitten .They are both have itchy red spots, rashes all over their arms and body. That was happened on our first night. We informed the staff and they changed my wife and son to another room st 4th floor from second floor. On second night The redness all over their body even more spreading to the face and very itchy. Again we informed the staff in the reception same person,manager. Again , she said nothing she can do just to move them again to another room . So when come up to their room to see as our room is in second floor. My son saw a big brown insect and told me is on the floor. So what I did I took photo and show it to the staff in the reception. This insect I never seen it before. So disgusting. A very bad experience.

The hotel truly excels in sleep comfort – the beds and pillows were exceptional (10/10), making for restful nights throughout my stay. I also appreciated the room's interesting arrangement, basic but added character to the space. The temperature control was good, keeping the room pleasantly warm.

The breakfast selection became repetitive quite quickly, lacking variety for guests staying multiple nights. The main issue was in the bathroom, where there was a noticeable sewage smell – this is something the hotel really needs to address, as it significantly impacts the overall experience. I'll give a tip: a good quality toilet block would do the job :)

I liked the location. Breakfast decent.

Breakfast is ok, but very crowded, and on my stay, there was only one member of staff working and trying to do everything.
