The staff was nice

The breakfast could improve, some hot eggs would be good, the bathroom needed a courtain

The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Room is very clean. Only some 15 mins on foot away from Sanctuary. Parking across the road is also available. Excellent location for visiting Lourdes Sanctuary and South of France.

Walking distance to the Basilica, staff super friendly and helpful.

The only thing that was not right was very dark bathroom, we were missing proper bathroom source of the light.

Great value for money. Staff was super helpful. The owner even showed us the way to the laundry mat by car. Nothing was a problem for these folks.

The size of the room was great, much better than last year, the staff and the breakfast were great. I had a very very early breakfast as I had to travel to catch a ferry this was no problem to the staff

The air conditioning stopped working. There needs to be a bell in the garage after getting locked in during a previous stay - it made me nervous to be in there and it needs a light. An armchair in the room would really help to provide that extra level of comfort but it is a great hotel.

Fantastic family-run Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean rooms and public area. Breakfast is good value - fresh croissants and bread. Hotel was very quiet and located south of the town, within short walking distance of both shops and attractions. Also handy on the south side for the funicular. Rooms are basic, functional but very comfortable, especially the beds.Would definitely stay here again if I need to visit.

Location was close to Lourdes chapel.

Rooms very basic and beds were small for 5.8 individual. No locker facilities available, no drinking water provided and were asked to pay.

Reception staff were friendly

Beds! These were an absolute disgrace in room 434. 2 single beds stuck together with one lower to ground to the other and the higher one squeaked every time I turned. Hardly slept a wink. Shower curtain would have been a bonus. Bathroom floor completely wet when I stepped out of shower. Wine menu could be improved.

There is not airco! It was 35 degrees. I never expect a 3⭐️ hotel without airco. The first night we slept with only one ventilator. We were four people at the room. Then I asked for one more ventilator and they gave it to us. Breakfast is veryyyy petit.

Location is very good. It's a walking distance to the Grotto and restaurants.

The room has no fridge, just basic furniture. It was very hot outside so we couldn't enjoy some cold water.

the area, in a very peaceful location. close to Lourdes attractions. the very friendly staff and management. the breakfast was super. we opted to have our dinners at the hotel. it is good value for money

Good sized hotel with secure parking. 10 mins walk to centre of town. Staff were welcoming. Good value for money.

Looked to be popular with groups visiting Lourdes for the religious sites. Which is understandable.

Limited breakfast

We parked in the free car park opposite the hotel. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful. The location for us was good as it was quiet but only a short walk along the river to the Basilica and the St Bernadette church. The weather when we arrived was bright and sunny but during the evening the wind picked up so the candlelight procession was held in the massive underground church which was an experience. We found the hotel clean and comfortable.

The town has an amazing number of tacky shops selling religious "tat". On check out a different lady tried to charge us for breakfast and was very argumentative, even when I showed her the original booking showing breakfast was included, she still continued arguing. It was only when I started getting annoyed and said that the lady told us on check in that we would just have to pay the city tax on departure, did she back down. It was a shame as it left a bad taste.

Staff especially the man and lady on reception who were so kind and helpful and irganised a taxi to airport with great difficulty as the roads were closed due to the Olympic Torch passing through

There was a disco nearby and music was very loud. Only on friday night but woke me up at 1:00am.
