I booked 2 rooms 1 of the room ceiling was low and I got hit many times & I am only 5 feet tall ( room 42)

Location - perfect and easily accessible! Staff - awesome! They allowed me into my room even when I arrived too early! They speak English because I don't speak any French. Very clean, towels and toiletries available. Hot tubs! loved it. Very economica

Just the cabin/wardrobe in the room was a bit old a bit noisy when opening or closing. I think the rooms are not soundproof: one could hear phone conversations and footsteps up and down the staircase.

The building is old and not well kept, the room smells so bad, we have to spend money to buy bathroom cleaner and deodorizer.

It was convenient to SCNF and Lourdes as well as restaurants. It was good value for the price. The €9 breakfast was acceptable.

It is a dated property but it has a lot of character. It met our needs for 2 nights. We stayed in the 4th floor room with ceiling beams. My husband did hit his head once. I thought the seven dwarfs would pop out.

The bed, security and sound proof room. No light during the night due the window shutter.

Parts of the hotel did not seem clean to me, for example the Kitchen area and the stairwell.

Had every thing we needed. Good reception. Clean and good breakfast.

The settees in the reception hall seats sung not comfortable.

What seemed like the original architecture.

Old carpeting. Upon entering the room I smelled cigarette smoke. The window was to an enclosed square. Mildew on the shower wall.I chose NOT to stay in the Hotel Majestic and reserved another room up the street.No questions were asked when I returned the key shortly after checking in.

Walking distance to train station, town, and tourist destinations. The room was clean and comfortable size for two people.

One receptionist was on the phone on arrival and didn't acknowledge us and waited for more than 5 mins while another did nothing.Hotel was obviously not full, and we were allocated a room with a view of a wall. Parking they recommended was full and obviously always full.

Breakfast was very disappointing. The hotel was very busy and unfortunately the only staff member had to deal with reception desk, kitchen and breakfast room. This resultant in poor service for breakfast. Lack of clean tables, lack of cutlery, and no bread, crousants, fruit, milk and juices.

Basic accommodation but really good for the price

4th floor is not recommended to stay with family because of the roof level as same as our height. WiFi is very slow signal..

I always stay in this room when in Lourdes. Very good location and nice staff.

We didn’t like to distance from the hotel to the grotto. The facilities were adequate. Breakfast was excellent t with the choice of cornflakes/cocopops along with croissants, bread rolls, ham/cheese, yoghurts, fruit, a choice of, water/tea/coffee. The property was very clean. Staff were more than helpful.

Comfortable room, easy access to the Lourdes Church and Railway station.

the bedrooms were squeaky clean, everything so tidy and smelled so good, really nice bathroom, nice and cosy, amazing location right in the centre.

the staff was quite serious and not too friendly, not a single smile from them, if they work in hospitality business they should be a little nicer, they seemed upset CONSTANTLY, also they didn't speak English which is quite weird for a hotel in such a touristy spot as Lourdes.

The only available hotel with no sofa bed for my family of 4 (with 2 teens). Overall good as we only stay 2 nights.

Room is small. Not much place for our luggages n winter top coats. One small table below tv for storage. Wooden floor creaking when walk.
