Adonis Lourdes - Notre Dame de la Sarte

The staff are accommodating, they let me and my friend open a bottle of wine we had bought. They also gave free cold and hot water on request, and had a bag depositry for the day we left. The room was good value for the price.

My only complaint would be that there was only one plug socket twin single bed room, which meant me and my friend could only charge one device at a time, which was a nuisance. Ultimately it was bearable though

The staff at the reception were extremely nice, welcoming and helpful.

Rooms were not confortable. shower poor, even the shower curtains were dirty. They need to do an overhaull of the entire building before renting it out.

I loved the location as well as the staff. They were vey helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This is very good for people who are visiting a place for the first time.

There seemed to be a leak from the toilet as when it was used there was water under the tank. I informed the hotel who advise they till take a look. It was fixed immediately.

I enjoy the lobby- it’s spacious!

There isn’t any staff some refrigerator, furniture for 2person for two person , there isn’t any slippers, just one electrical plug in the room and without these staff how this hotel is 3 stars! I paid for the room with balcony and mountain view. First they give me the room with small window without balcony ipaid more than the normal room, when i told them, they told me it’s problem from booking. And all the balcony with mountain view in 6th floor was booked , they give me the room in first floor with balcony and without any good view, that means i paid for nothing I hope the booking and hotel can respond and have good reason, because i think to do something for what happened with me

The location is convenient, situated just a 12-minute walk from the Sanctuaire, making it easy to reach on foot.

A basic breakfast is included. However, both the service and food quality could be improved—for instance, serving warm eggs and offering a wider variety of fresh fruits would enhance the overall experience. The rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, which could be a consideration during warmer periods—such as June, when I visited.

This accommodation is convenient, clean and simple. The receptionist is very helpful. Breakfast is okay.

You get what you pay for. The felt rug must have seen thousands of pilgrim feet, and I suggest it to be replaced along with the jammed door lock.

I was a solo traveller.but was put down with booking.com as 2 persons an charged for 2 persons.the management of hotel saw that I was travelling alone but still charged a double payment.

Warm and spacious room. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Room was warm. Plenty of hot water. Room cleaned and towels changed each day. Staff very friendly. A good location.

The room was not what we saw on booking.com, it was very, very small. The guest did get a free upgrade but it would have been great to get the rooms what shows on booking.com

The Staff were absolutely amazing, great banter and humor. Clean comfortable room, nice and cosy, customer comfort excellent. Lovely breakfast. Thank you for such a lovely stay.The only suggestion I would make is more lighting around the hotel. Stairs and hallway dark for my mother who is a pensioner. She also rates your hotel top marks and had a wonderful stay.Thank you

The location is excellent, and attractives are in walking distance.

The bed and pillows were hard. The shower was awful; the shower pipe was broken, and the walls were thin; we heard our neighbors' conversation on the phone. Overall, it was cheap, and the location was excellent.Only one socket was in the room, and another was in the bathroom.

Quiet enough and removed from crowd, but close enough to walk to the sanctuary in 7minutes, safe to walk at night after the candle light rosary.

Staff was welcoming,friendly and helpful. Room was clean n warm.Beautiful view of the snowy mountain and flowing river.Room rate was best in the area.

Choice for breakfast would have been better.A kettle in room with tea bags or coffee sachets would be nice when weather is cold outside and when restaurent is close during off season.
