Friendly and helpful staff who speak English. Very convenient to walk to the shrine. Parking is down the road about 1/4 mile in a free parking lot. Unload your luggage first at the hotel.

Small room but reasonable for the price. Shower head slightly broken. Basic accommodations

Good location, close to the sanctuary and train station.Front desk staff were courteous, very poor english.

Linen/towels were old, staff did not speak English very hard to communicate with inpatient, not so polite cleaning lady.

Perfect location to everything! The staff are incredibly kind and the hotel was very clean. The ideal place for a pilgrimage to Lourdes!

We loved the location, which was very central. The bed was comfortable, and the cappuccino at the restaurant was amazing.

We had to ask for more toilet paper, a few times.

The staff were so nice and the breakfast was simple but warm and lovely.

It was a bit too cold in the room, but there were extra blankets.

Just needs upgrade.. Very basic.. Ceramic soap dish on bath wall was cracked and dangerous.. Furniture and floor tiles chipped.

In state of poor repair.Tv not working. Lights flashed and would not come on.

The rooms were ready by the time we checked in, Which helped us a lot.

The property had old fungus smell. They could do something to prevent such smell.The towels and other necessary items were not replaced even when staying for multiple days.The chair and wardrobe door was broken, so we did not use them at all.The lighting could be better. Some lights were not workingSome fixture did not have bulbs in them.The seating of toilet was really uncomfortable. It was too close to the wall and using it was a challenge.

Excellent location in Lourdes, friendly staff, easy check in, free parking up the road, great price, good shower, comfy bed.

Window onto a wall and no soft furnishings made it feel dark and like a box or prison room. A large mirror and some nice pictures on the wall would make all the difference.

Location is excellent. Cleaning is not every day changing beds, towel, fill I soap and toilet rollsnot regularly. There is smell in every rooms we have stayed. It is quite during the night. Whichwas very nice. Customer service very good.

The location was fantastic it was close to the bus and railway station. It was close to the Lourdes sanctuary. The staff was very good and considerate.

The staff couldn't understand English which is a widely spoken language. There was no one at the reception when we entered the hotel nad when we left the hotel.
