Good location. Near the sanctuary and shops around. Cheap price.

I wasn't expecting much because It was a cheap price for 2 adults and 2 children.

The location very good convenient to the restaurants and 8 minutes from the sanctuary

We were there 8 nights left on the 9th day we got I bath towel and I hand towel for 2 people we had to ask for towels and got 2 bath towels that was it never cleaned the room pillows useless and needs dumped dirty

Room never been clean . We have to request for clean towel.8 am there was never any breakfast.the kitchen was always close early morning.

Just the location was very convenient.Hot water and water pressure was good.

Unmanned reception, no physical human contact in case of emergency.Will not post pics of how terribly dirty, stained, sunken the mattress was, so much so we didn't attempt to check the other.Toilet door wouldn't close, no handle on the inside.No amenities like basic toilet roll, soap, cups.One bedside light wouldn't work.No plunger for wash basin.Main door had to be slammed shut or closed with extra effort.Room 204Saw the owner and daughter arrive on our departure and they were pleasant and apologetic.Booking.com you should evaluate, inspect before recommending on your portal. Very disappointed with Booking. Com in the first place.

Location okay. The staff is okay too.

Wet towel on the cover of the toilet seat.Towels were dripping with soaking water. Pillows had no pillow case. Two pillows were yellowish in colour from it's original white. My booking was a room with two beds and it's a bit higher price that I had to pay but I found I only had one double bed in the room. Nowhere I could find the staff to ask.

The bed sheet and the pillow case were not clean. It seemed somebody slept in the room leaving a smell and the staff didn’t change the sheets. And the whole room smelled cigarette, too bad for a non-smoker.

I wasn't happy with my room very dirty very uncomfortable room could not sleep very ooud drunken people there was no one at the reception to at all.for the days I was there restaurant always closed didn't have any toilet roll in my room main door was always left open room was damp and smelly .

the worst apparent I have stay in my life room are very dirty they don't clean room at all no towels provide at all 2 towels for 4 people for 3 days the bed sheets don't get change at all not recommended to any one really bad I mean bad

The hotel was more like a hostel, the toilet was dirty with hairs and faeces clearly was not cleaned before my arrival, there was beetles in the bathroom floor and shower, overall very grotty, tv was not working, the dining area was unusable as it was messy and dirty, the owner seemed nice but clearly needs to update the whole building as it's very unkept and smells damp. Massive let down for my trip.

The staff were amazing! They waited for us regarding that we were quite late. And at night time they took us in to eat our food (our grupe was of 61 person, in this hotel lived 20 of us, but the manager took the whole grupe inside and gave us a place to have our dinner)

The hotel was old dated, also with furniture and almost everything we needed we had to ask for. However, everything we asked was handed without hesitation and with smiles. The host are very welcoming.

The bathroom was small and outdated. The carpet was old. No airconditioning in the room.

Basic facilities but clean and did the jobStaff were very helpful. Close to a mini market and lots of cafés. 5 mins walk to the sanctuary.

Excellent welcome desk, taking care in all the way, most friendly manner, very reasonable price. Of course I shall propose this hotel to my near and dear ???? ones .

Regarding restaurant facelifts need to inform more and more to clients .
