Helgon Hotel - Lourdes Pyrénées

Location is good but the hotel room is old, including furnishings. Very small. Picture and rating are deceiving.

Easy to find at the corner, friendly and helpful associates, clean and smoke-free, fast and easy check-in.

My card key did not work right away. I had to go down to the lobby twice, once when I first checked in and another time after I went out to go to mass.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Just a short walk from the main attractions and restaurants

The hotel breakfast was just bad. Not worth whatever they charge. The hotel room had a damp smell right when we walk-in.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to accommodate before, during and after your stay. Carina is the best

Having a fridge would be helpful but other than that nothing else

location is fantastic.the staff are very kind. thank you joaquim especially who works the night shift.rooms are clean and water pressure is fantastic.

the table is slightly too close to the bed which renders the chair unusable, but only for the small room. also, need to ensure the door is locked before leaving the property! sometimes the door doesn’t fully latch.

Breakfast was very overpriced for the quality of food available. Would not recommend.

Room smelled strongly of smoke. Not sure if requesting non-smoking room was available but would definitely check this for future.WiFi only worked in lobby.

The location. Very pleasant and helpful hotel staff

The early morning bin collection. The beds are very hard. The air conditioning did not work. The unpleasant smell from the toilet, not very clean. it did not look like the floors were vacuumed or cleaned during our stay.

Clean , friendly staff and location. Good for group visits.

Food could be better

Excellent service, great location, comfortable room, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The staffs were amicable and helpful, especially Carina, she is amazing. This is my first time visiting Lourdes and feels at home. Might be good to encourage all staff to learn English as a general language that is used by most tourists who are visiting Lourdes.

1- Location- Within 10-15 minutes walk to the Basilica and the Grotto 2- Clean and well maintained 3- Front desk staff- Karina, Audrey and Tanya. Very accommodating and friendly. tries to help as much as possible 4- Connected/ works with Carrefours Cafe around the corner with well priced but excellent food and staff

Poor breakfast selection. Same menu for the 5 days I stayed . In Booking. Com site, I was booked fora room facing a garden/ courtyard. I was refused on check in as there was not really a proper garden per front desk . This to me is false advertising.

The reception and the personnel was very kind and helpful. The bathroom was clean and tidy.

The room was Very small even for single room. I found a spiders web upon the tv and there was no noise isolation at all. You could hear everything from the rooms next to you and from the doors closing. The breakfast was no big deal.
