The staff were so friendly and welcoming.The rooms were spacious and clean.The location was perfect.easy walking distance to the Sanctuary.Of all the hotels we have stayed at in Lourdes, over the years, this was the best.

The coffee at the breakfast, was not very good.

excellent stay but annoyed with waiting for room to be ready, other than that everything was 100 per cent

checkin was suppossed to be 4pm but room wasnt available till 510pm

Hotel one of the best. Breakfast was very good and room was great.

Parking was not free. It costs 14 euro but manager told me we can park outside. There was a free parking down the road.

The location was excellent, being in the heart of Lourdes, 10 minutes walk from the Basilica and the castle. Good breakfast with hot offerings (scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, beans, etc.). We did take the hotel offer of a room with a bath, but unfortunately the plug was broken and was not repaired during our stay despite reporting the matter. There is parking on-site at an additional cost.

Despite having a car park it was not possible to book a space at the same time as booking the accommodation (only available on arrival - ridiculous!) There is plenty of parking nearby, but I would not have wanted to rely on this in peak season. The issue with the bath was not helpful. Breakfast was fine, but chef needs to understand how to cook bacon.

the price was excellent , facilities were modern . one of the younger staff was very helpful . i guess she was from madagascar

Love the fact that it's right in the middle of town and around 10 minutes from the cathedral with all the main streets for shopping and restaurants.

In the rush hour the lift took quite a while to come to the waiting guest

Excellent location from which to visit Lourdes and all its attractions. Good range of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Hotel staff excellent always pleasant with a welcoming smile.

Breakfast the first morning was beautiful. Second morning it wasn't as good. Bacon and beans were cold. I also noticed that the croissants/pastries were left out in the open and there were a lot of flies on them. So didn't take them which was disappointing.

Close to the shrine and the restaurants. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Air con in rooms kept turning off. Breakfast was basic. Rooms were dated. Smoke started to come out of the hair dryer.

The property was clean and very conveniently situated. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. We had an early morning departure and our booked breakfast was changed into a packed meal to enjoy on the trip. Lourdes was a beautiful experience which was enhanced by the care and friendliness of the people.

The only thing that I can think of to complain about is that there was the smell of cigarettes smoke on the floor we were booked on but the smell did not permeate into the room so it wasn’t too serious.

I had a great stay at Hotel Paradis!The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the Sanctuary, which made everything very convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.The front desk team is excellent! They were welcoming, warm, and professional, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Special thanks to Marie and Ruggiero. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend it.

During my 7-night stay, I was a bit disappointed to notice that the carpet was not vacuumed even once, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (apart from a change of towels and garbage disposal), and the bathroom floors were never mopped. Cleanliness is a key part of a guest experience, so I hope the management considers this feedback.

Old school facilities. Toilet ion its own, in a tiny space with no ventilation, bathtub instead of a douche. Also needs urgently a new decorateur

Location was excellent, close to Shrine, amenities. The area is quiet but not isolated.

By and large, all was very good.

We couldn't have been in a better location. The room was a great size, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Sometimes at night the bar area wasn't covered.
